Our extended family of 10, 8 adults, 2 children had an amazing stay. The pool and hot tub was a big hit and the spacious layout of the house worked very well. Dave was great at looking after the arrangements for us and answering any questions we had. The home is a little tired in a few areas, but the owner has started making some upgrades. We had the benefit of being the first to enjoy new patio furniture and lounges, new bath towels and new cutlery.

Host was not bad. Very invasive in terms of personal information prior to rental.House is a good value but not one extra nickel was spent on house, furniture or accommodation. One face cloth, one hand towel per bathroom a piece of soap the size of a quarter. No shampoo. Ice machine on refrigerator did not work. Cheap but should be.

This property is in a great area that is close to everything. It is a little dated, but clean and well stocked with everything you need. The property manager was amazing and when the AC unit died, he found us a new place to stay for the remainder of our vacation quickly.

Nice place to stay

The house was very nice and clean, in a good neighborhood, communication was good. Lots of construction so you will want to get moving early to avoid traffic.

Our house was Great very convenient to many stores. The house was very clean the pool was awesome. The neighbor was very quiet. We did meet the neighbor across the street he was very nice and pleasant. I highly recommend the house. We definitely would stay here again.

Great property

This rental is exactly as advertised. The bedroom layout is perfect....nobody gets disturbed by anyone else. It was clean, which is the most important to us. The pool and spa was great. Plenty of furniture on the lanai. No problems all week. We would recommend this property.

AMAZING

The home is absolutely beautiful inside and out. It was equipped with enough cooking utensils. I had a question and got a reply right away. The manger called to inform me about things going on in the neighborhood she was friendly and helpful. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. We are already planning another vacation and can't wait to book again.

Nice stay

The property was in a great neighborhood hood, about a half hour from Disney Magic Kingdom, SeaWorld & Universal Studio. Beautiful home, could use a few minor updates (pots & pans, new paper towel holder and a couple of miniblinds replaced. But overall the home was beautiful and perfect. The pool & Hot tub were just what we needed on our downtime days. Communication with the property manager was easy & convenient with Farley quick responses. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful House

We had a wonderful time and especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub. They were wonderfully warm and we hated to get out to go to the parks. It had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to have their own space. If I had one little thing that could be fixed, it would be that a couple slats were missing in the blinds. Fix that and I would give it a perfect 10 rating.

Nice house

Overall a nice house - need some opdate. Some off the lamps not working. Icemachine not working. No remote to all the small tv’s in the bedrooms. The pooltable was broken, and not usable. But minor things for us, all in all a god house for my family. Jeannette

Thank you so much for your feed back. Each small tv has a Cisco remote. The main tv has two remotes and all are here. The pool table looks great, all Sticks are on the wall and all balls are accounted for. So I am a bit confused when you say it’s broken. As you can see we also like to follow up with our guest so we can address these things! As for the ice machine we provide the ice trays stocked with ice on arrival.

Overall Positive with a few hiccups

Overall I enjoyed my stay at the house. The house had plenty of room for our large group. The three master suites was a huge plus. The kids enjoyed the heated pool while the adults could relax in the hot tub. It was very clean, including the dishes and appliances. I have stayed a quite a few houses and this was one of the cleanest, if not the cleanest. The themed kids rooms were cute. One of the biggest cons was the temperature level we were instructed to leave the house. We werent supposed to turn the air lower than 75 degrees. This is too hot for most people. I was ok with it as I am cold natured, but other people with me were hot. It was just uncomfortable for them. The other issues were minor, including a shower head thay didnt work and the front door lock stopped working. The property manager was nice and quick to respond, so I am sure those issues will be resolved for the next renters. Overall, a good stay, but the temperature issue could be a deal breaker for some.

2022 Vacation

The home was very clean. Location is perfect. Very close to all the attractions and restaurants. Pool is a good size for the swimmers. Pool deck is perfect for the sun bathers. Lots of outdoor furniture.
