Super clean and comfortable home in safe residential area. All the comforts of home provided linens, towels and fully ready to use kitchen.

Guests have access to entire house.
Public Wifi Available but guest should plan on providing their own hot spot for secure internet connections.
This is close to area attractions including the Edison Ford Museums and Fort Myers Beaches.
No pool located on this property.

Short stay

Property was very clean and host was great about communicating. Seemed like a lot of things to do upon departure, but overall it was a good experience.

Cape Coral Goodbye Visit

My father passed away during Hurricane Ian, we came down to finish up his affairs. House was located 5 minutes away. Very convenient! House was clean and very nice. Went shopping and cooked for ourselves. Host was fantastic!

Our stay in Cape Coral

The house was very clean, inside and out. There were a sufficient number of dishes and eating utensils. Washer and dryer worked fine. There was enough linens for us and our occasional guests. The house is located in a very nice area. There is even some unique wildlife to see within walking distance, burrowing owls. We will definitely stay there again if we decide to visit that part of the country again and the dates are open. The owner, Bonnie Soucy, could not have been more gracious. Once again, the area is very nice, quiet and we felt safe.walking around.

Adorable Florida House

This property is a c harming Florida house with screened porches on both the front and the back. Three bedrooms and two baths both adequately furnished. Kitchen well furnished. Lots of amenities. Side-by-side refrigerator and freezer, coffee pot with coffee grounds and an automatic on timer. 1 clean and comfortable. Televisions in both the master bedroom and the living room. Enjoyed the washer and dryer as well. Just about everything you could want. We would love to stay again in the future!

Comfortable vacation

Bonnie was great to work with. The home was very clean and comfortable. The location wasn't too far from beaches and close to stores and places to eat, but not too close to traffic and crowds. The neighborhood was quiet and seemed safe. We've vacationed in Ft. Myers and Sanibel Island many times and will add Cape Coral to the list of places we like. We would stay in this home again and recommend it to others.

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood

The home is well maintained and located in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen has nice appliances and is equipped with dishes, silverware, pots and pans, etc. The host is experienced and makes the process very easy. We had a great time!

Shortened vacation

Am due a refund from VRBO as we had to cut short our stay due to the virus. Property owner, Bonnie Soucy, has assured me that I will be refunded the 7 unused days of proposed stay. Am waiting for VRBO to follow her directions. Property was very nice.
