Unit 2 on this terrific property offers a private entrance to a 1 king size bedroom & 1 private bath with a separate sitting room on the back of our home, in an historic district of Fort Myers. Complete with some basic essentials like WiFi, AC, microwave, tiny fridge and keurig. (no kitchen) Our place unique with its own secluded, amazing, heated pool, outdoor shower & hot tub and multiple seating areas ideal for relaxation, that is only shared with the 1 other unit and sometimes the owners in this house.

Explore nearby attractions, shopping & entertainment. With a short drive to downtown, beautiful beaches, Germain Arena, and the airport, you’ll experience the best of the area. Escape to comfort and convenience in this delightful retreat! No worries. Our whole house listing is Property:4894644

We had a wonderful stay at this suite. We enjoyed the hot tub and quiet neighborhood. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

The hot tub was plenty warm. Pool a bit on the chilly sidebut refreshing. Location is great as you can get to where you want to go quickly...kind of in the middle of everything one would like to do....shop, excellent restaurants, beaches. I would recommend to those that are looking.Would consider for next trip if available.

I had my laundry thrown out of the washer and into a dirty bin with underwear at the bottom by someone there. I also had trouble checking in and issues with a tv not working only to eventually find out it was never plugged in by the host.

Why they chose this property

This house was a fixer-upper back in 2009. We are constantly improving the place, “our projects.” It’s a great neighborhood central to lots of the area and golf cart able.

What makes this property unique

We have a secluded, heated pool, an outdoor shower, and a hot tub under a gazebo for outdoor enjoyment all year.
