Great family vacation

Beautiful Beach Getaway

We so enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo! The views from every window are breathtaking. Close to the beach, restaurants, and stores. We had a perfect,relaxing vacation, and hope to come back again next year!

Perfect location and gorgeous views

We loved this spacious unit with 2 floors. The views can’t be beat on South Padre with ocean and bay views on the 2nd floor. We loved seeing the fireworks at night from the bayside rooms. The walk to beach is easy to do even with young kids.

As advertised, well appointed, clean, couple hundred feet to beach, but all SPI places are more or less like that.

Great place to stay on SPI. Very clean, great views, nice desk and place to work remote (if needed!), great communication from hosts, and great unit layout. The two bedrooms are upstairs and away from the family room / kitchen which allows a quiet separation. Also, the bedrooms’ deck provide view of sunsets on bay side while main part of unit faces the beach and sunrises. Will definitely stay again!

The Best relaxing vacation stay ever

The condo was so beautiful with many views of the beach and Ocean. We woke up to hering the ocean waves and the birds on the beach it was relaxing. The condo was very clean and comfortable furnishings it made us feel at home. It is very close to a lot of restaurants and bars we enjoyed the walk

Great stay as always.

The sunsets and views from both balconies are amazing. The only drawback is the shower in the master bedroom was cold and only ran a trickle of water out of it

We are sorry that you had a less than stellar experience with the shower - as we arrived home we found that the incredibly hard water on SPI had clogged the rain shower. We have replaced the showerhead with a little bit more user friendly model. We are anxious to have you stay with us again. Book early to get your exact choice of dates!!

Amazing Views

We really enjoyed the place, the apartment was very clean and spacious, the beds very comfortable. The balcony had a spectacular view of the beach and on the other hand view of the bay through the bedrooms on the second floor. We will definitely be back very soon.

Amazing views

The condo is tastefully decorated and perfectly located. The views from both floors were unbelievable. The walk to the beach short, and within walking distance to nightlife, food trucks and lots to do.

Perfect condo

Our family of 5 really enjoyed this beautifully updated condo. Loved the second floor bedrooms. Loved the balconies overlooking the water on both sides of the building. Great location and easy beach access. Perfect for our vacation!!

Beautiful

This was everything we were looking for. You can walk to the beach and have a view of the beach but also have a pool to go swimming in. Everything you need is close by. We enjoyed our stay!

Mom with college boys

It was a beautiful, comfortable condo. Communication with the Wilcoxes was great! The kitchen was well-stocked. We cooked every meal in. Beds were comfy, even the Murphy bed. A bit of a walk to the beach, but well worth it. Would stay here again!

Beautiful condo

Beautiful condo, gorgeous views. Walk is a little long, but not too bad. Owner is super responsive and the kitchen is very well stocked. Check in and check out were both easy. Loved that there were three beds/separate sleeping areas. I would definitely stay here again.
