Beachfront with fantastic balcony! Amazing 3rd floor views!
Comfortably furnished 2BR/2BA condo in Sea Vista. This lovely vacation resort has private beach access, two tennis courts, and two private swimming pools with hot tubs. The complex is gated with security on the premises. Elevator and transport carts provided for convenience when checking in and out.
The master bedroom has full beachfront views with King size bed. The master bath has a tub shower combination with private access. Towels, soap and shampoo are provided.
The guest bedroom has two comfortable full size beds with separate bath that can be closed off to make a private guest suite. Towels, soap and shampoo are provided.
This smoke free and pet free condo has tile floors throughout.
The unit is fully equipped and has a full size washer and dryer inside the unit. A private balcony is all yours to enjoy each sunrise during your stay! Plenty of beach towels are provided as well as a full complement of chairs, boogie boards, floats, umbrellas and lots of sand toys!
The kitchen and living area complete the open concept living space with full beachfront views from every angle! The kitchen has almost everything you might need to cook the days catch! A Keurig coffee maker is provided.
World class seafood restaurants, shopping, and a friendly, courteous Sea Vista staff is what makes our condo home away from home. Our family loves it here and we hope you will find that you love it here too!
Free, private beach access is just outside the building. All doors are coded for secure entry into the building. You will find we are situated on the perfect stretch of beach to enjoy your vacation. Sea Vista is nestled between the Holiday Inn and Beach Park. Discount ticket purchase during the summer is offered through the Sea Vista office.
Sea Vista requires all guests to register in the office upon arrival. Parking for two vehicles is allowed with this rental and you will receive a parking permit after checking in at the office. Towing is enforced.
We have free wireless internet access.
Our unit is our home. We manage things and we will do our best to help make your stay memorable. If you choose to stay with us, we hope you find it clean and comfortable. The space has a quaint, beachy feel with light bright colors and a view to remember!

We love the beach and when we went to Sea Vista the very first time, we knew that this could be home!
We live in East Texas. It is 9.5 hours door to door and with every trip we make down to South Padre, we realize the best trip will be the next one!

We have been blessed to visit some really beautiful places.
When we vacationed on South Padre Island, we knew immediately that we wouldn't have to go anywhere else. South Padre Island is a neat town with so much to do or nothing to do at all..... you will be amazed!
Our goal is for you to want to return to our unit. We hope that you will tell others about us. But most of all, we hope that you and your family see what we see when you arrive.....a place to call home! If you are here for a few days... or if you are a Winter Texan looking for a place to stay!
