3 bedroom waterfront property which has a 360 sq ft deck on the water.
Over looking Akers Pond

1 Queen size bedroom with AC on 1st floor
1 Queen size bedroom & 2 twin beds with AC upstairs on 2nd floor
1 King size bedroom master suite with AC upstairs and an additional balcony over looking the water.
Sleeps 8 very comfortably
1 1/2 bathrooms

65 inch flat screen TV, high speed wireless internet, satellite, blu ray/dvd player, AC in living area, appliances, washer & dryer, and hardwood floors throughout house. Full kitchen with all amenities that you will need. The house has a private dock for boats, water crafts, swimming as well as a fire pit on the water. Canoe and paddle boat on site for renters to use. You will have the best of both worlds!!

The house is 1 mile from downtown Errol for any of your needs. Balsams Wilderness Resort, skiing, snowboarding & golfing (10 miles) Dixville Notch State Park, Androscoggin River, Lake Umbagog, Grafton State Park, Sunday River (30 miles) Bethel, Maine.

Enjoy everything the North Country has to offer from ATV, snowmobiling (trails accessible from property), fishing, golfing, hunting, canoeing, boating, swimming, kayaking, water skiing, snow skiing, ice skating, hiking, beautiful fall foliage, and most of all relaxing!!

Relaxing Stay

The house was clean and comfortable. The host communicated well and was quick to respond to any questions. The house had everything we needed. The view is serene. Although we didn’t use them, there are plenty of ways available at the house for you to get out onto the water.

Great family getaway

The house was perfect and very clean. Parking was a little tight, but we had four trucks and two trailers. Trails could be accessed from the house and there was a lot of snow for riding. Great time with the family!

Snowmobile trip

Great trip with friends and family for a snowmobile weekend. The house was perfect to accommodate us and provided a great view of the lake and easy access to snowmobile trials. Definitely plan on staying here again!

Family Escape

Great trip away with our family-the house had plenty of room to spread out. We loved using the paddleboat, canoe and firepit. Would definitely recommend for a quiet get away.

Perfect Spot!

What a beautiful spot with an amazingly comfortable house! We had the best experience and it was right near downtown Errol which was super convenient. The property was clean and comfortable and we loved our stay there. Cannot wait to book some time during the summer the next time they have openings!

Great location

This is a great spot to relax. The pond is clean and quiet. The property is as described and sits near the neighbors but you have a buffer of trees between, unlike most places on the water.

Conveniently located. Walkway was icy but sand was available for use. Home was warm and had all the conveniences needed to make our stay a happy one. Thank you. We'll be back in the area soon!

Beautiful

Our stay on Akers Pond was wonderful. The house was clean and had everything you need. Our kids loved swimming and jumping off the dock. The area is beautiful with lots of places to hike or sight seeing. We even saw 5 moose! Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely lovely place. Steps from the lake with privacy. Inside was very clean and updated. Spacious bedrooms and open living room/dinning room that walks out to a large deck. Minutes away from moose viewing and hiking. Will stay again.

Family Snowmobiling

We stayed at this home for a family snowmobiling trip. It was a great home, well equipped, and access to the trails right on the lake. Beds were very comfy. Would definitely recommend this home. The homeowner also provided quick responses to questions.

On golden pond

The house was well appointed and super clean which is extremely important to us! It was fall so we did fires and took the canoe out to see the wild life! Eagles and a pair of loons. M Loved the place and would love to come back!
