Bigfoot's Bungalow - Larger-than-Life Lake Escapes

Welcome to one of the Premier Lake Home destinations! This home was custom designed and built with you the vacationer in mind! We have owned and rented many homes over the years and realized that none have ever " fit" our families and friends comfortably. It was this unfortunate yet constant reminder that we needed something that was better suited to house everyone of our guests comfortably. Well here it is!

This home features 5 bedrooms
1 King Suite
2 Queen Suites
1 Kids suite - 2 triple bunk beds (6 twin beds)
1 Kids suite - 2 double bunk beds (4 twin beds)

along with 4 bathrooms ( No more drawing straws for little Timmy's room)! Each room has it’s own luxurious bathroom! This means that your privacy is always #1 even when sharing the home! After a long day on the water you can come back and everyone has a place to clean up and be ready to hit the casinos or dinner in short order!! This design also features a Great Room configuration allowing all to interact, meal prep and entertain in this awesome space. The kitchen is spacious and loaded with all the cooking and food storage you could need. Another great feature is that this home backs up to the famous Area 51 Annex home! ( Coming soon to VRBO & HomeAway!) This allows you to book both homes for an even larger gathering of friends and family!

We were a party of ten adults and the home was large enough to accommodate us comfortably. The home was clean and in a great location with easy access to Katherine Landing for activity on Lake Mohave as well as casinos across the river. We enjoyed our stay and would return to this location for future trips to Bullhead City/Laughlin!

Clean cozy home

I was very impressed by how clean and modern this house was. We came out here to attend an event over the weekend. It was nice coming home to be quiet, clean, and modern home. I definitely recommend.

Not well cleaned at all. Dirty floors, dirty bathrooms with left over hair from the previous stay. Towels old and stained. No water or ice on the fridge.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. Providing a clean, comfortable, and memorable experience is extremely important to us, and it’s something reflected in the many positive reviews we’ve received from past guests. That said, we do wish we had been made aware of these concerns during your stay. We are always available and ready to respond quickly to address any issues in real time. Had we been notified, we would have immediately sent our cleaning and quality control team back out to correct anything that was not up to standard. We take great pride in having both our cleaners and a secondary quality check in place prior to each guest’s arrival. Regarding the floors, it’s also worth noting that our homes are located in the Mojave Desert, where fine dust is naturally present. With normal use—especially over multiple days and with doors opening and closing—it’s common for some dust to be tracked in despite thorough cleaning beforehand. We truly value all feedback, as it helps us continue improving. We just kindly ask that future guests reach out during their stay so we have the opportunity to make things right in the moment. Our goal is always to ensure every guest leaves with a five-star experience.

Favorite rental for a lake getaway

This house has the perfect layout for a rental to share with friends. Most of the rooms have their own bathroom. My friends and I have been using this rental property for our trips for several summers, this is the first time I’ve booked it personally. The house is always clean and well kept and is a short distance to Lake Mojave. We look forward to many more summer vacations spent here!

Great River Vacation Home

I really enjoyed my stay at this location. Josh was very responsive and flexible with any needs that came up. They house was extremely well kept, spacious, and had everything necessary for cooking/ Barbecuing. The room set up was perfect for multiple families with kids. It was located within a 5 minute drive of the lake and also within a close distance of grocery stores and gas stations. I was happy with my stay here and would come back again in the future.

Great House for large Families and Groups

We had two Families with young children and teenagers and Grandparents, everyone had their own rooms and areas to enjoy themselves. We enjoyed sitting on the patio after dinner and the kids had plenty of activities and space to be happy as well. The locality to Lake Mojave and Katherine's Landing is ideal, with a Dollar General and Gas Station on the way out of the neighborhood! Probably booking this House every year.

Great house, wide open space and plenty of bedrooms

We didn’t have nearly enough people to fill that house, but it was nice having all that space and an amazing kitchen. Horse shoe pit was fun too!

Beautiful home!

What a great home! Super clean and felt fresh and new. Tons of space for our group of 12. The owner was quick to respond to our questions/needs and was always polite and pleasant do deal with. I would absolutely stay here again - so much better than staying in a smoke-filled casino. The drives to the lake or into downtown Laughlin were super quick and convenient. If you’re considering this property, don’t hesitate - book it! You won’t be disappointed.

We have stayed at other rentals in Bull head and Laughlin and none of them even come close to our stay here , its was clean , comfortable , management was very communicative this is definitely the place for us and future stays.

Close to Lake Mojave

Great place to stay. Pictures don’t do it justice. Basically it 4 bedrooms with its own bathrooms. It was great for my whole family. 5 women versus 4 bathrooms?? Worked perfectly! There’s a vacant lot next door for boat parking so Security wasn’t an issue. Gonna be our regular spot now.....shhhh don’t tell too many people.

Fabulous Vacation Home !

This home did not disappoint! The look and feel of the home is wonderful. It’s super spacious and we loved that all the bedrooms have their own bathrooms. Great idea!!!! We we’re Glad that there was plenty of parking (especially for parking a boat) and It’s close to the lake and casinos. My family and I enjoyed our stay and would stay again! Josh was a great host! We would definitely stay here again😊

Great Place

This is a great place to stay . It is close enough to the river/lake and casinos to easily get to them but located in a nice quiet neighborhood that you do not have to deal with the crowds. Also, the property looks brand new with each bedroom having its own beautiful bathroom. This is a great place to stay.

Gorgeous and clean new house

This is a perfect property to stay at. Great layout, very modern and the hosts are amazing. Felt like a five star hotel with how clean and accommodating it was. Simply perfect
