This home is brand new in Bullhead City, AZ 86442... Come Relax, moments away from Laughlin and the Colorado River. Lake Mohave just up the road in this peaceful place to stay. 2 days min. 6 Months max...
The space
There is a 36' deep Garage with a rollup door in front and backside. it is only a single wide garage. perfect storage for watercraft, Jet Ski's or Side by Side. there is driveway parking and the area next to the driveway can also be used for parking. (soon it'll just be an extension to the driveway)

Side by Sides / Golf cart use around town is common

The house was beautiful and very well maintained. The host was so helpful. He suggested things to do in the area along with restaurants. He responded quickly to any questions we had. If i am ever in the area, i would stay again.

Great spot! Great weekend!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay here. Confirmation and access details were received in advance which made our late (after midnight) arrival a breeze. Steve was quick to respond and provided plenty of details which was great.The place was CLEAN! I mean, spotless. It was a warm weekend, but not hot compared to typical Bullhead summers. A/C worked great and we slept perfectly fine on the memory foam mattresses. It’s not a huge place but we didn’t feel crammed even with 2 adults, a 16yr old, and a 12yr old. Location was perfect as well. Close enough that you’re only a 5-10 minute drive to groceries or dining but far enough off the 95 that it was peaceful and quiet after being on the lake and river for 2 days.Highly recommend!!

The home was beautiful, clean, and spacious. The property is in a quiet neighborhood and not too far from the river and casinos. We had access to a community pool, jacuzzi, and clubhouse which was nice and the host was very responsive.

Cozy home

The house was so cozy and inviting when you first walk in. It was clean, smelt clean. Instructions were left for remote, WIFI Password. I loved the cute decor.

Beautifully done home

The location in Bull head city was perfect. The pool was super cold and in May. The property had almost everything you would need. It even smells beautiful. The neighborhood seemed safe and quiet. :9

1st time to Arizona and using VRBO. Once we made contact with our host everything was great. The home was fairly new, barely used. Our host contacted us upon arrival, let us know he would do whatever he could to make our stay great. He provided us a list of restaurants and places of entertainment. Great host!!!AB’s

Mouse poop everywhere

Seemed clean when we arrived but soon found mouse poop EVERYWHERE including under the sheets of the both beds, all over the bath tub, in the clean towels, on the tables in every room and I can go on and on. There was old urine on the toilet that was very noticeable. The sheets on one bed had food particles and little things from the prior guests along with dark curly hair in the sheets. When I contacted the owner about it, he seemed to be in complete denial and wasn’t trying to find a solution other than a very early check out with no apology. The pool was listed as private so we were very disappointed to fine there wasn’t one on the property and there was no address or map to find the communal facility. Which was quite a ways up the street. House rules are no shoes but the edges of the carpet are very sharp from when they installed it. The host was not nice at all. The listing says ice maker but there isn’t one. It’s also listed as 2 queen but it’s one queens me one full and they cut the tag off the box screen to keep anyone from seeing it. We woke in thesrpumorning and the mice had eaten through bags of chips. I washed my face and dried if off with a hand towel that had loop in it so you can imagine to rage

Hot, hot, hot

Das Haus ist neu, ebenso die Einrichtung. Ruhig in einem Wohngebiet gelegen. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Beschreibung des Hauses weist nicht aus, dass der Pool ca. 800 Meter entfernt liegt und gemeinsam genutzt werden muss.
