50th Birthday Celebration

Great time with great friends. Property was in a perfect location and was perfect for our group. As mentioned in other reviews, the property could've been a little cleaner but it didn't hamper our stay. Would stay here again.

Perfect Company Retreat!

The property was awesome and we plan to come back for more family gatherings!!

We loved Timberlodge. It was just as advertised. The only challenge was maneuvering the steps. Even with this we all loved the property and would stay again!!

Great cabin. Difficult to get to but awesome views and facility. Doesn’t have an ice maker and only a spiral staircase to get to upper floor is a difficult climb for all but children and young people.

Huge, Great Location

Great home! Great location if you love the mountains. The house could have been a bit cleaner and more equipped with cleaning rags and a broom and mop. The outdoor tables were filthy, hadnt been cleaned in sometime. The campfire pit and outdoor space need some TLC. Overall, great place to visit!

AMAZING!!!!

Everything we expected and more! Clean, big, gorgeous views, plenty of parking, so many bedrooms and bathrooms, two hot tubs, lots of outdoor seating, firepit, game rooms, theater, two kitchens and two laundry rooms! All 32 of my family members loved everything about this property!!!

Beautiful Bliss

We were happy with mostly everything. Our only disappointment was some of the games we not working 100%. It was part of why we booked the place. So those individuals that didnt want to go out had options of things to do. Everything else was great and exactly as we planned.

Awesome House, Perfect Location - Fun Time

We had our College reunion here and it was amazing. House was amazing, HUGE and Great for B I G Party. Location is Awesome, Top of the Mountain, Amazing views from Balcony. Wake Up to Nature. Close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Accessible to the Town. House had everything that one needs. It was clean and the whole house was sanitized. Play room and Home Theater was AWESOME, we spend so much time there. WORTH THE $$$ PS: Please follow the direction instructions that comes in the email, otherwise GPS will take you to wrong side of mountain.

This cabin is huge! It is definitely showing its age, but it is clean and beds are comfortable. First the Pros. It is very spacious and spread out, so it is perfect for large gatherings. Two ovens, two fridges, plenty of kitchen space for prepping a lot of food. Views off the deck are amazing, with a good view of the sunsets. And, there was a nice fire pit out back, but be aware of the drainage pipe that cuts across the path at the bottom of the stairs. Cons. If you are cooking for a large group, bring your own serving dishes (for side dishes, etc), because there was only one small platter, and not enough coffee cups for half the people the cabin could hold. They have a pretty good supply of basic pots/pans and plates/silverware but if you have 20 people you could be short, or have to wash dishes between every meal. The theatre room was not fully functional and not all of the games worked so if you are looking for a cabin based on it having games, this one is not for you.

I overall enjoyed the place , it could use a few upgrades

I really like the place , but it can definitely use more hardware for cooking , extremely difficult to provide food for a large group with the cookware they provide in the house . The Stairs are extremely difficult to navigate with any kind of luggage. Wifi could definitely use a much need boost . With the growing need for internet service having limited Wifi makes things difficult if you have a large group in the home .

Whole Family Stay for Mother's Day

What a great place to stay with a large group! We had 25, ranging from 2 years old to 75 years old, great grandmothers, grandmothers, mothers, cousins, aunties/uncles, sons, daughters and all had their own space or could hang out in all the fun spaces in the cabin! It was clean, spacious, had enough kitchen equipment for us to manage cooking full meals for all 25 of us for four days. There were some maintenance issues, and they came right out to fix them when we let them know there was an issue. One of the ovens is out in the kitchen, which will need to be replaced before another large group rents this one. Bring charcoal, there is not a gas grill. Beds were comfy! For you coffee lovers, there is a Keurig and a regular drip pot. Sunset is beautiful from the back porch. We would definitely stay again!

Family Reunion

This was a great cabin with an amazing view for a family reunion. We had 30 guests ranging in age from 2-75 years old. Everyone had a great time. We did have a couple showers that didn't have warm water but with so many bathrooms that was not a problem. The air hockey game in the game room didn't work. But the kids had plenty of other things to do. This wasn't a problem for our group, but just so other guests know, the only stairway to the basement and upstairs was a narrow spiral staircase. There are 5 rooms on the main floor so those that didn't do stairs well stayed on those floors, but it is something to be aware of when booking. Overall, an amazing cabin!!

Great property

Great view. Great kitchen, dining, and living room area for big group gathering. Spiral steps difficult. Could use something to hand clothes on in each bedroom. Over all, great property.
