Necesita pasar sus próximas vacaciones en Orlando en MAUI PALMS. Esta casa adosada es preciosa y modernamente amueblada. La casa es espaciosa y ofrece suficiente espacio para que todos tengan su propio espacio.

NIVEL PRINCIPAL:

Dormitorio uno: cama King size, TV de pantalla plana, vista a la calle de la calle y baño privado con inodoro, ducha de pie y lavabo.
Sala de estar con TV de pantalla plana y asientos, diseño de cocina abierta con una isla con capacidad para 4. El área de comedor da al área de la piscina y tiene capacidad para 8 personas. También hay un medio baño que tiene acceso a la piscina.

SEGUNDO NIVEL:

Dormitorio dos: suite King con TV de pantalla plana y baño privado con lavabo doble, inodoro y ducha de pie. Esta habitación y baño se consideran los más grandes de toda la casa, en cuanto a pies cuadrados.

Dormitorio tres: dormitorio Queen con TV de pantalla plana y baño privado.

Dormitorio cuatro: habitación temática Minion que tiene una cama doble y una cama completa con un televisor de pantalla plana.

Great week for all

Grandparent met son and his family there for the week— we were close to the pools and basketball court and the teen boys loved that. Some went off to Universal during 4 of the days, but Grandma and younger granddaughter loved the pool, the surf lesson and playing in the small home pool! Great size for a town home and having a master on the first floor was a huge plus!

A nice Vacation Spot

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is great and nicely decorated. It was a good amount of space for 8 people and the Air Hockey table was a lot of fun. The condo was generally clean. Beds are cheap and very squeaky, not very comfortable. There were only 7 towels for 8 people and no hand towels for the bathrooms at all. The kitchen has lots of dishes and many items but no scissors and only one tiny pan for cooking anything in the oven. Some of the dishes had clearly not been cleaned from the lasts guests so we washed everything before using it. The living room and outdoor furniture is fine. The pool is tiny (smaller than that at other condos we have rented in nearby vacation communities) but it was a fun place to stay and we would come again. Solara complex was great! Pool and restaurant are fantastic and the kids loved the playground.

NEVER STAY HERE! WHAT A FILTHY, DISGUSTING DUMP!!!!

My family and I booked this house for an 8-day trip to Orlando to visit Disney and surrounding attractions. The house was advertised as clean, family-friendly abode perfect for a large group of ages and well equipped with everything we could need to feel comfortable and make it feel like home away from home: supplies, an open kitchen, etc. The house was LITERALLY FILTHY AT CHECK-IN. FIRST - there were barely any supplies in the house. There were a few decrepit dishes, about 8 ceramic bowls, LITERALLY ONE POT, ONE unclean pan, 1 rotting cutting board, a crumb-covered oven mitt and perhaps five total serving utensils that looked as though they had been run over by a truck in 1980 – all plastic and falling apart - disgusting, covered in food and dirt, and placed in the cabinets as if no one would notice. There were NO CONDIMENTS - no salt, pepper, clean silverware, dish rags, laundry soap, tin foil, saran wrap, ketchup, soap/shampoo - NOTHING. I’m certain other families had purchased these products and it’s clear the homeowners take them upon check-out in what feels like fraud in order to continue accumulating as each new family is forced to restock and rebuy. The towels provided – ripped, thin as tissue - were only for the shower - they advertise a pool, yet there are NO pool towels offered, and not enough towels for the entire house! NO toilet paper, no tissues, no paper towels, and EVERYTHING WAS COVERED IN DIRT AND GRIME. The bed linens had hairs on them from a previous guest, the walls were covered in vomit or spilled beverages; the shower had visible flaking black mold in the doorway, and there weren't so much as toothbrush holders in the bathrooms to hold our own supplies. The master bathroom toilet was clogged upon entry, and it took the owner FIVE DAYS to send a plumber after it was reported via the app immediately. HOW IS THAT OK!? The carpets were covered in stains, the drains were filled with hair from other previous guests, and not a single supply in the house was clean. I HAVE PICTURES TO DOCUMENT EVERYTHING! I would NEVER recommend staying on this property again. The owners do not take care of the home and falsely advertise its clean nature and ability to accommodate a large party. WHAT A FILTHY DISGUSTING DUMP.

One roll of toilet paper. Very minimal towels. No pool towels. No basic spices, no garbage bags. The location is great but the price you pay to rent a small town home, I was expecting a little extra touch. I have rented homes before and they always have what you need for the week to use the washroom, clean your clothes, do dishes, trash, etc...

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pictures are true to the home. Great location if you want a short walk to the club house resort, which we did and is why we choose this house. When we were there March 2023 the house pool's light was not working so our kids did not swim after dark. Maintenance was responsive and out quickly to try to fix it but that in-pool lighting never worked, even by the end of our stay unfortunately. Another note is that the outdoor lighting in that area is not great either, only one dim bulb off to side which does not illuminate the seating area or poolside. I only mention this as the time of year we went it is dark by 7pm so nicer outdoor lighting and in-pool light would be beneficial. But overall the house is fine! Had everything we needed and would stay again. It's definitely not a new rental as there are a few scratches/marks on the walls and so on, but everything works, is clean and comfortable. Lots of pillows and towels too, though we did bring our own pool towels and you should too. We are a family of six -- two adults and four kids.

I only found one issue and that was the home did not have blinds or curtains for privacy in the living room area leading to the pool, so we had to make sure we were completely dressed when entering that area, as neighboring houses had a view into that area. I would stay here again if they provided blinds or curtains.

We had a few issues with the property upon arrival, but were immediately taken care of. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we would 100 % recommend/rent this property again. Pros: -Top notch management -24 hr gated security -Amenities center -Manicured and well maintained neighborhood -Private screened pool/patio -Well stocked kitchen -Plenty of seating / recreation area -Close to 192, easy commute to Disney -Short walk to the amenities center -House is comfortable, spacious, and well decorated -Roku on all TVs, TV in every room Cons: - other Guests/Neighbors in their pool/patio are extremely loud well into the early AM - House could use an overall deep cleaning and some cosmetic maintenance, base boards/ walls/patching, some of the covers and bedding are worn.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon our arrival we noticed trash was still in the garbage outside from the previous guests. When picked up the next day, trash fell out of the bags and was left on the ground at the door. The light in the pool was out, we weren’t told about it. Maintenance showed up saying the previous guests called about it. Maintenance stated the problem was with the timer and not with the pool so another report had to be made. I emailed the staff who stated Maintenance told them the light was working fine which was not true. We couldn’t use the pool at night. The house was nice and everything worked fine. The staff at the pool was awesome! The is trash workers and whoever handles customer service emails needs more training.

Regrettably, the trash is not something that is within our control for daily pickup in the Solara Resort Community, and we have followed-up with their HOA Community Manager in regards to the delay in trash service pickup within the area. This should be a daily service that is provided at each home in this resort community and they did offer their apologies regarding the matter. For the pool light, it does appear that in searching our records for maintenance that we were informed that our pool service provider spoke with someone at the property about the pool light, but stated that it was working correctly when tested. We do regret any lapses in communication via email regarding the matter, but our team was basing the response off of what was reported at the property by outside staff, which was that the light was in working condition. We love to hear that your experience with the property was enjoyable and that the pool area at the resort area was awesome! We hope to see you again very soon! All the best, The Florida Spirit Team

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived the entry keypad lock would not work with the code we were given. I called the after hours number & received a text message with a different code. That code did not work either. After about 15 minutes & texting back & forth I was given a code that worked. Arrival review of the condition of the property was less than desirable. This condo had very dirty carpeting, broken benches at the foot of the MBR bed, a broken handle on the patio door, the screens from the patio doors were in the MBR closet, and holes in the wall in the upstairs bath with the tub. In addition, the door from the downstairs bath to the pool would not open! The keypad entry code did NOT work when we arrived. On day 4 the keypad entry would not lock & had to be replaced! In addition, the trash pick up in this community was less than adequate & people put trash bags along the parking lot island waiting for pick up! Even though the property did not meet our expectation, the Management Company was very responsive & easy to communicate with!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a nice property in a fun community, but it really could use a deep clean. The house smelled of rotted food when we arrived (it was BAD). After day 2, we finally called FSV and they sent someone over right away. Apparently, the disposal was full from previous renter use, but the smell stayed for the entire week. The walls and cabinets were somewhat dirty (scuffs, food and spills). I tried to wipe things down as I went through the house. The carpet was just ok (found some food on the floor too). Linens were in good condition, but not all bathrooms had bathmat towels so we had to use the hand towels. Make sure you bring your own beach towels and other necessities (only a limited supply provided, which is normal). FSV was super great to work with, I would recommend this company to anyone.

The place was immaculate! Not only was it spacious, but it was also inexpensive and super clean. We were able to relax on the resort and take advantage of many different opportunities. The service at the resort was optimal and everyone was so friendly. We really felt like we were at home and cannot wait to visit again.

Nice but...

The house was nice and was close to clubhouse. Wish the community had hot tubs. I did not enjoy the hour I wasted traveling to the rental office to physically check in after already booking through vrb on the best weather day of our trip.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is amazing. High ceilings and a lot of space. There is a game room upstairs and a private pool out back. The pool was a little small for us but we were just steps away from the resort pool which is a lot bigger. The kids had so much fun and the open bar made it perfect for the parents. It did get a little noisy at night with the neighbors being so close but nothing out of control.

Better cleaning service needed.

The location was great. Close to the clubhouse and amenities. The condo itself was nice and fully stocked. The only drawback was the cleanliness - something I am adamant about. One of my guests bought bathroom cleaning products and febreze and we cleaned on our first day. The owner would be wise to get a more thorough service.
