Location worked out great

We were in town for a baseball tournament and the home was very close to one of the venues. It is also close to 27, so most of everything we needed during our stay was close by.

Great Stay!

House was just as advertised and Patricia was very prompt in communicating! Would recommend this house if planning to go to Disney Parks. Universal Parks are 45-60min commute from this resort location but the house itself was great!!!

We enjoyed our stay. The home is nice. It just needs a little bit of TLC. Please make sure your cleaning service is actually cleaning. The master suite upstairs mattress is uncomfortable, you can feel the springs. Carpet needs to be cleaned.Ceiling fans are full of dust. Finger prints and footprints on the walls in the bedrooms upstairs. The pool floaters had dirt and mildew. The outside furniture cushions were faded. Outside area needed to be cleaned. Sheets had stains and hair in the bed

Great property and stay

Really enjoyed our stay. Host quickly responded to our queries prior to arrival and provided accurate check in and check out information. House was comfortable and spacious and very clean inside, all appliances worked. Only niggles were that we couldn't get local live TV only found ROKU internet TV and that there were quite a few weeds on the pool deck and the covers on the outside furniture could do with a wash but this didn't spoil our stay and we would definitely recommend this property and stay again, Thank you.

Weekend trip to Disney

We arrived Thursday night thru Sunday morning. The house was great! Very comfortable. Beds, pillows were comfy. Bathrooms large and stocked with welcome kits. House looks new !!!

Family vacation

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. There was plenty of room for our family. Everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the temperature of both were perfect. Patricia was great with communicating. We would definitely stay at this home again. Thank you Patricia for your hospitality and making this family vacation and my b day very special.

LOVED IT!!

This house was perfect for my Family of 7. All had their own rooms and everything was very clean. Close to the parks and the bar/restaurant on the other side of the resort was perfect for us to relax and have a drink and apps. Would definitely recommend this property!! Thanks for sharing it.

Nice location

We stayed at a different location near the same location here this place was just little bigger than the other place that we originally rented more rooms and fit perfectly. We love the place you love the pool unfortunately before arriving Jacuzzi is not working, but it was a bad motor, but we were OK with that Everybody loves their own separate rooms and it was a great place. Can’t complain very relaxing very comfortable. Next time we will make the trip much longer

Disney Vacation!

The property was very clean. The location was great. The master bedroom is VERY HOT. The manager blamed it on the the Florida heat but the upstairs rooms stayed cool. Something is definitely wrong with the cooling in the master bedroom! Get that fixed and this property would be excellent!

Beautiful house!

The house is well laid out and very comfortable! The back pool area has great area for seating and having coffee out on the porch. Make sure you let the owner know if you want the jacuzzi heated ahead of time (there is a fee with this) but we were still able to use the pool, even in mid October. The kitchen has most of the tools you would need for cooking and a coffee pot (not a keurig) and a toaster in the cabinets. We used the grill out back for a dinner in one night. Huge TV in the living room with Netflix and Disney+ and others available. The area is very quiet and there are many restaurants quite close to choose from as well as grocery stores. We would definitely stay here again!

Distance

The property was very nice, but a little way out if you are going to Universal or Seaworld. I felt a little lost with no instructions in the home. It would have been nice if a small list of things (maybe posted on refrigerator) for the property were available. Such as: how to secure the front door (my grandson) figured it out! The living room sectional was not locked together, so when we sat in it it slid apart. Also, the morning we were leaving I received an e-mail on what to do. At that point we had already pulled all the dirty towels and put in laundry basket. Just minor things that would help!

Communication

The stay in the villa was excellent, but the communication from the villa owner wasn’t the best! We only received the villa entry information 2 hours before we were due to land in Orlando, needless to say that this caused me a great deal of stress seeing as we were arriving at 11 o’clock at night but it all worked out in the end. The only other problem was that the patio around the pool and hot tub was overgrown with weeds, which I cleared myself by the pool but left around the hot tub for the maintenance people to see, but they just left them anyway. So most of the villa we loved just a couple of hiccups along the way. Kevin Bowden

Mr Clean Mr Clean Where Are You

It would of been great if house was clean. Had to do cleaning the first day ( floors dirty with crumbs, kitchen countertops needed to be cleaned). After cleaning and reporting owner offered to have them come out to clean. Didn’t feel comfortable being there and not being there. Like “ come on” We’re on vacation …Water level in pool low. No net to clean. Outside grill filthy. Pool area floor had to be swept and rinsed. Roaches noted coming out of kitchen sink drain and seen on countertops ( hmmm maybe from the crumbs on floor and hidden areas.

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay. Everything went well. Perfect location and very clean. Nice large house so everybody could have their space. On the last day we ended up at Solara to kill time between checkout and the flight. I suggest finding your way over there sooner than we did. Really nice setup there for the no park day(s). Pointers: When shopping for food grab trash bags and other essentials. There are some at the house but not much extra. If the pool cleaner comes and says it will take them about 5min they are not including the 30min they say to wait after they put chemicals in. There are some instructions on the back of your car pass about trash rules, we discovered this the last day when we were cleaning out the rental car. Communication was good when we requested information. We were not sure how much we should be doing on checkout with the exception of the trash. I really hope we did not miss anything we were suppose to do. We would for sure recommend this to anybody coming to the area. No major setbacks, just a few things we had to adjust to and will know for next time. Thank you for the pleasant stay!

Amazing Property - Better than even advertised

I was extremely pleased with everything about this property. The home itself is in immaculate condition. It is spacious and very well laid out. It is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood, close to shopping, many restaurants, and the theme parks as well. My communication with Patricia, the property manager, was remarkable. She was extremely responsive in any request or message I sent her. Not that I had any requests or issues with the property. This home is well stocked with everything you’ll need. Plenty of dish-ware and kitchen utensils, including pots, and pans, and a variety of necessities. The bedrooms all have big screen TVs with cable. The bathrooms were well stocked with amenities as well. The pool/hot tub and patio area was spacious and very well kept. Very clean and orderly. The grill was a nice addition as well, and is in perfect working condition. This is perfect for any type of individuals, families, or small groups. There is a large dining area and living room area where you and your family can hang out and socialize without feeling cramped or on top of each other. I cannot say enough good things about this room or the host. I was more than pleased with my one week stay there. The rate is quite a bargain as well for as much room as you’re getting with the property. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for sure, and I would definitely recommend this property and I myself will definitely be back.

Great for the price

Property is 25min from disney & universal like listing says however it always took 30 to 45 min because of traffic. House was clean but patio was very dirty and the coffee pot didnt work the first day so i messaged the host and she had someone bring us a new coffee pot and a broom so i could clean the patio. The company that cleans the pool does a horrible job (not the host fault) but worth mentioning. I bought a pool skimmer to use during our stay since the host doesn't have one. The host was awesome with responding to me during the issues and resolving them. The bedroom on the first floor does not get cool like the rest of the house so it was kinda always hot in that room but manageable. NEW BEDS NEEDED, all the beds were hard spring mattress beds so those definitely need to be upgraded. The kitchen has basic dishes but i think the host could definitely add more items (crockpot- some kid size utensils- blender). Overall the house was great for the price we paid. I would definitely come back and stay again even though it is a half hr to 45min drive to the parks, the price compared to staying at a house the same size with a pool closer to the parks is worth it.
