Privately situated and surrounded by vineyards, the Farmhouse is located down a secluded yet convenient country road, nestled in the foothills for the Willow Creek District in the heart of Paso Roble’s renowned Westside. This two and a half bedroom, two bath Farmhouse boasts a charming kitchen complete with a coffee service island, breakfast nook, granite countertops, and a timeless vintage stove-oven. The dining room and living room both boast French doors that open onto the expansive private multi-level deck that overlooks our estate vineyards and beckons you to enjoy the sunset, while sipping a glass of our vineyard’s exceptional wine! The refined rustic furnishings and cozy feel are sure to make your stay unforgettable.
The downstairs bedrooms are well appointed, with modern furnishings. Bedroom one has a queen sized upholstered bed draped in luxurious linens. Bedroom two has a twin sized bed and French doors with a view of our secret garden. This room is intended to expand sleeping options, not increase the 4 occupancy limit. The upstairs bedroom (Bedroom Three) boasts a king sized bed dressed in lavish linens, beautiful hand-crafted reclaimed wood furniture, and a cozy window seat with yummy pillows that overlooks our vineyards. The upstairs’ private bath is spacious, with a large mosaic tile shower, dual vanity and spa like bath towels. Views of our estate vineyard can be relished from every angle!
Includes, WiFi, smart TV, gas BBQ, fully equipped kitchen, towels and luxurious linens. A beautiful secret garden and a large walk through pantry / mud room, perfect for stowing wine purchases, luggage, coolers, bicycles or other bulky items.

We have a STRICT no secondary guest policy… meaning no one other than the registered guests are permitted on the property or in the house at any time. No dinner guests, no visitors, no service workers ( chef, masseuse etc) *Exception offered below.
Due to our Westside location and extreme rocky soils (perfect for grape growing) our faucet water contains too many minerals to drink. We will start you with a gallon of purified bottled water, and it is suggested you bring bottled water.
We invite you to experience wine country living at its very best!!! While our house is well appointed and fully remodeled, please know that it was originally built in 1890’s, it’s not a modern house, it has “character” and still has the bones of a house built in this period. Our vineyard views are stunning and peaceful and the property is situated on a working vineyard. We make no apologizes for making wine on our property, tending to the needs of our vineyard or for the wildlife that makes our property their home, it’s all part of the vineyard experience we offer, which we wouldn’t trade for anything!

Staying on a vineyard while visiting Paso Robles cannot be beat. The location was easy driving distance to ocean and vineyards. Farmhouse is just as pictured. The harvest was just beginning so great timing for a visit as you look out upon vines laden with large bunches of grapes from your patios, living and bedrooms. Fun four night getaway!

This lovely home is even lovelier than the photographs suggest. We enjoyed walking through the vines, gathering in the living room, having lunch on the outside patio, playing games in the dining room, and snuggling into the beautiful linens on the just-right beds. An added bonus was the vintage range, which works like a charm. Oh, and the wine! We hope to visit again soon.

Karen we loved hosting you and your adult children snd we’re even happier you enjoyed the house! You made great guests, thank you for choosing our little spot in PASO wine country and for your kind words. See you next time!!
We had a house reserved for our stay in the Paso area and last minute the owner cancelled due to some insurance issues. What we thought was a horrible turn of events actually was a blessing, as a quick search for another house landed us at Janis'. The Farm House on the vineyard is a beautiful home, inviting, warm, comfortable, private and luxurious. The perfect place to unwind in the perfect environment. The wine tasting with Janis was amazing as well. You won't go wrong staying here!!!

Fabulous Farmhouse and Winery – Unique and Stunning in Every Way
We had the most wonderful three day stay at this unique and stunning property. The Farmhouse is truly one of our greatest finds - it was absolutely spectacular. We had wonderful days touring the wineries and savoring every second of this beautiful home. The deck was amazing to sit in during the mornings, fabulous décor inside to relax in and stunning in every corner. Cooked great meals on the stove and out on the barbeque – stunning views from literally every window. Janis was the loveliest and Pelletiere wines amazing.
We can’t wait to return.

You were wonderful guests and we can’t wait for you to return! Thank you for taking the time to write a review, it means so much.
Gorgeous property that feels miles away from it all but isn't much off the main road. Lovely touches, comfortable, high end furnishings. Small things to note: bring a lot of water for drinking and coffee. The water is not suitable to drink. Could use more towels, washclothes.
It was a great space, well designed, conveniently close to wineries including the vineyards in the backyard! Host was most accommodating with small requests including our unexpected late arrival. Would definitely go back so much so I don't know why I'm writing this glowing review for others to book it up, never mind I take it all back - you should avoid this property at all costs ;)

We thoroughly enjoyed hosting your family and hope to see you again soon. Thank you for your kind review !
This farm house is absolutely lovely. It is located within the property of the Pelletiere tasting room, so tasting their lovely wines is very convenient. Most importantly, it's a great Paso Robles location, right in the vineyards, but 10 minutes from downtown. You can sit in the deck and watch the day pass looking at vineyards, drinking wine and enjoying a taste of Paso living. 2 very nicely appointed rooms and lots of grounds to walk around. Janis was a great hostess who takes great care of all the details. Highly recommend.

It was a nice stay at Pelletiere Vineyard in Paso Robles and overall it was really comfy and relaxing. The property itself is beautiful & peaceful, as the patio was a great spot to unwind. The accommodations were cozy and had what we needed for a comfortable stay and the fouta towels were a nice touch! We were also accommodated a later checkout so we can visit the winery for tasting reservations. The downside was when we first arrived and had a question about the entrance — the staff member we spoke with wasn’t very welcoming. I understand she was busy, but a little friendliness would have gone a long way. Also it was a bit warm inside and the A/C settings couldn't be changed. Otherwise, it was a lovely place to stay and enjoy the vineyard setting.

About the host
Hosted by Janis Denner
Janis Denner purchased this beautiful estate property 2014. The property and the Farmhouse were beautifully restored, remodeled and fully updated. Janis Denner and the Pelletiere family own and operate the vineyard and adjacent winery - Pelletiere Estate. They specialize in Italian varietals and invite you to enjoy their wines and beatuiful property.
Why they chose this property
The Farmhouse at Pelletiere Estate is the quintessential wine country hideaway!
The property has a rich local history dating back to the late 1890's. The original Farmhouse has been lovingly updated, and sits proudly on our estate. The Pelletiere Estate vineyard was planted in 1993-1996, and is family owned & operated with a commitment to the traditions of fine winemaking and responsible stewardship of its vineyard land for future generations to savor and uphold.
Its south facing sloped terrain, rocky limestone soils, cool coastal breezes and diurnal fluctuation in temperature create, above all an estate ideal for wine growing. Here we produce exceptional Italian varietals that honor our Italian heritage and those of our predecessor. Today, 100 percent of Pelletiere Estate wines are sourced from its sustainably-farmed estate grown Italian varieties which include; Sangiovese, Nebbiolo, Montepulciano, Lagrein, and Zinfandel, as well as, our Syrah and Viognier. We are dedicated to meticulous vineyard care, picking at optimum ripeness, and creating elegant Italian style wines which express the balance and pure flavors of our vineyard terrior.
The Farmhouse has a chi,c rustic- refined vibe. The house is comfortable and cozy, yet lavish and luxurious. The views from every angle are breath-taking and yours to savor. A large deck was added to the front of the house to further enjoy the views while sipping our delicious estate wines.
What makes this property unique
The Farmhouse is Secluded and Private Yet Very Close to Hwy 46 West, Just a Few Miles to Downtown. Right Outside Our Gates is the Premier Cycling Area Along With Paso's West Side Famed Willow Creek District Wineries.
