The Property:
The property features a relatively new construction with a contemporary design. The unit includes (i) a large living room with kitchen counter seating and requisite amenities (i.e, refrigerator and freezer, coffee maker, stove, dishwasher), (ii) a master bedroom with a king bed and large closet, (iii) a second bedroom with a queen bed, large closet, and stunning ocean views overlooking the Catalina Island on a clear day, (iv) and a third bedroom with a queen bed and closet. Additional amenities include central heating and air conditioning, WiFi, washer/dryer, and a flat-screen TV. The property has a carport with space for one-car parking as well as a secured area for gear, bikes/surfboards, and an outdoor shower.
The Area:
Manhattan Beach is a locals' and tourists' paradise. The neighborhood is quiet, private, and favored by many across the South Bay. Downtown Manhattan Beach and the Pier are a ~15min walk and offer a variety of restaurants, boutiques, and tourist attractions. El Porto, the preferred local surf spot, is 5-10min walk and also features quaint cafes and surf shops along North Manhattan.
We (owners) live in front unit, and this is our pride and joy. This unit is separate and attached to the back part of our prime Manhattan Beach Strand location. Note: no smoking, loud gathering / parties, or pets.
