Perfect setting. Great sunsets, golf course & bayside water views- Truly Unique!

Immaculate and well cared for 4 bedroom in the Village of Nags Head. Two en-suite master bedrooms. Can sleep up to 8 adults. The property is located on the bay side and has three levels with wonderful unobstructed sunset, water and golf course views from the top and middle floors. Centrally located to all shopping needs with the ability to walk or bike to several supermarkets and restaurants.

Includes free guest access to the Nags Head Beach Club during the Summer.

The Beach club provides direct access to the ocean and also has swimming pools, tennis courts, food/bar, and free parking. It’s a five minute drive to the Beach Club from the house. It is also a very short 3 min walk to the bay and sound side pier where the water is typically calmer and warmer for swimming. Also includes member-guest golf rates at Nags Head Golf Links year round. The house also looks onto the 15th green and the 16th T-box- hecklers welcome.

Outlet shopping is just a short drive down the road. This house is situated in the perfect location and is a short walk to the community dock for crab fishing, swimming and direct sound access.

The house is equipped with high speed internet and is perfect for folks looking for a remote workplace. It’s equipped with Apple / Roku streaming and other amenities.

The sunset views from the decks can be spectacular as you relax and ease into the evening. This is truly a unique setting that we would like to share and where wonderful memories will be made.

The home was even better than the photos! We highly recommend! It is in a wonderful location in Nags Head and has a fantastic view overlooking the 15th hole of the golf links and the sound. The hosts were excellent as well, and communication with them was seamless. We cannot wait to go back!

Our overall impression was that it was a beautiful house with an excellent location and beautiful view of the sound with great sunsets. The interior was clean and nicely organized. It was well stocked with everything you would need except for your food. It felt homey even with 7 people there. We would consider renting again in the future

Our family stayed here for a week beginning Aug. 2nd. The place was extremely clean as others have communicated. Our check in was absolutely seamless, the neighborhood was lovely and although the weather wasn't perfect, we had a wonderful stay in Nags Head. If we come back, we would not hesitate to stay here again!!

The house was just as pictured and was spacious, even for the 8 in our family. Sunsets and deck were the biggest crowd pleasers. Also, we found EVERY thing we needed and more in the kitchen, right down to pens and pads for lists. Excellent hosting in a beautiful home accessible to everything.

This was an absolute ideal stay for my family! I did a lot of research to find a relaxing spot for our first time to Nags Head and this beautiful, clean, well kept home was perfect for us! We were 4 adults, 3 teens. This home provided us the room to move about which was so important to me for the teens to have their own space. Peter and Loreen were wonderful hosts and were prompt and helpful with all my communications. Their home without a doubt has the most beautiful views of the bay with spectacular sunsets and serene beautiful mornings to wake up to with nature all around. These decks provide stunning views of sunrises and sunsets and makes it quite difficult to want to leave to explore nags head. Yet we enjoyed fun at the beach, day trip to Manteo for shopping, exploring Pea Island National Wildlife Refuge, and watching the fishing boats come in with their catches at Oregon Inlet from the Sea Chef restaurant’s scenic deck. We picked up delicious local steamed shrimp 1 night and watched the most incredible sunset from our deck. It was almost like the sun was melting into the bay and was a memorable thing to experience! The teens enjoyed jet ski rentals, they played chess and we went bowling. Our family of golfers loved 2 days of golf thanks to the member guest rates and the highlight of the trip for them to watch golf from the deck and talk golf sunup to sundown! There was still so much more to see and do. It was truly hard to leave. We would most definitely stay again!

Beautiful home in a great location

This house was perfect for our family of 4 (obviously so much more than what we needed for 4 people but we loved having so much room)! We enjoyed being on the sound side and saw some beautiful sunsets. Being able to use the beach club pool was essential for us because we are more pool people than ocean people but loved having the option of both! The property is in a great location, close to so many things (we went out on a fishing charter boat, drove up to Corolla to see the wild horses and went to Jeanette’s Pier) and we felt completely safe while there. The house was well stocked and communication with the host was quick and easy! The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of linens/towels. Everything was great, would definitely stay here again!

Excellent house

We had another great stay at Peter and Loreen’s property. This is our second summer staying for a month & we love every minute of it. Great home, well stocked, great location and very responsive guests. Highly recommend

Fabulous home

If you love sunsets and full moons this is the best of both! This home is taken care of. The cleanest home I have ever rented. The Village of Nags Head is such a wonderful community!

Great place to stay in OBX

Place was great and as advertised. Easily slept 5 adults, 1 teenage boy and 3, 12 year old girls. We had plenty of room to move around the house and enjoyed the multiple level decks. We even played corn hole on the middle deck when the weather turned a little rainy. The neighborhood is excellent for families. Had no issue letting the girls go for walks around the neighborhood or even walking up to the grocery store..that’s right at the entrance to the complex. The owners were very responsive to all my questions/requests. The main beaches are a quick ride across the street and you have access right from club. There is a pier and a small beach a quick walk from the house. It’s not really a swimmable area - though we did see some people jumping in from the pier. It is a great place to take a walk to in the morning or evenings. The club check in was simple. We did use the pool at the club once for a couple hrs but did not golf. The kitchen had everything we needed and the sunsets were awesome from the top deck. Everyone loved the house and OBX. Would definitely return.

June 2024 Family vacation

The property was beautiful! It has everything you need from towels, dishes, beach supplies. We loved the outdoor shower to rinse off after being on the beach. The water views of the sound side and sunsets were amazing. The only downside for us is we had 2 little kids. I went off of a couple of the reviews that said you can swim and there was a small beach area on sound side. You can not swim and no sand area. Other than that it was a wonderful vacation. Owners a great!

Another Great Trip

This was our second time staying here and it was just as great as the first time. The house is wonderful, clean and has the best view. Access to the dock and pool are a huge plus, especially with small children.

Best vacation rental!

This property and our first ever visit to OBX exceeded our expectations! The reviews on this property were all spot on. The home is located in an excellent location...a quiet community overlooking the golf course with a view of the sound and one mile from the beach (our kids biked there and we drove with the gear). The home was well appointed with everything we needed to prepare a few meals so we didn't have to eat out all the time. There were plenty of pots, pans, cutting boards, a coffee pot, wine glasses, gas grill, blender, toaster oven, toaster and more. There is also a full size washer and dryer on the lower level. By far the best equipped VRBO rental I've ever been to. It was very clean and had plenty of space for our family. The library of books and plentiful number of board games were a great bonus we took advantage of. There were also plenty of beach chairs, a couple coolers and umbrella. We enjoyed walks through the neighborhood, coffee and reading on the deck (and hammock!), easy access to Food Lion or Fresh Market for groceries, walking distance to Duck Donuts and ice cream, and watching the sun set over the sound while enjoying a glass of wine. We made use of the access to the Beach Club pool and beach access. Very easy process. For activities we went dolphin watching, did go-karts and mini golf, visited the Wright Brothers Memorial, walked the sand dunes at Jockey Ridge, ate, laughed and had a relaxing week. Would love to return! Thank you Loreen & Peter!

Lovely property

Love this property/house. Inside very clean (very important to me). No pets allowed (very important due to allergies), beautiful view of Roanoke Sound and the fifteenth green and sixteenth tee box. Saw the most beautiful sunset. If we decide to visit OBX again in the future...we'll rent this property again!!!

Outstanding OBX Property on Nags Head Links

This is a beautiful home overlooking the 15th green of the Nags Head Links. Views of the sound and especially the sunsets are incredible. It is a great property for entertaining large gatherings on the upper floor and deck. The home is very nicely decorated and has everything you could think of for a great OBX vacation. The hosts are attentive and have gone out of their way in providing books, games, movies, and music for guests to enjoy. The listing shows it off, but really does not do it justice. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!

Beautiful location, great stay!

The sunsets were stunning, the house was very clean and well stocked & the location was great. The kids loved the access to the pool & beach. Crabbing and paddle boarding off of the pier was a blast! We had a great time & will definitely be back.

A perfect OBX stay

Cannot say enough about this beautiful home: thoughtfully decorated, stocked completely, and gorgeous! We had three small children with is and five adults. Everyone had private space. Outdoor shower, media systems, and every kitchen need were a delight beyond the description of the property! Thank you! A truly special place.

Great place

We really enjoyed our stay here. Close to everything and all the appliances and cookware were in great shape. Peter and Loren were extremely available and helpful. The worst thing about this place is that it’s hard to book your desired dates! Thank you.
