Luxury penthouse for 4-7 people on the beach of Cap Cana with the most spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea. Complete cleaning and chef service included. Spectacular with all kinds of details, exclusive top with the highest standards of quality and exquisiteness. The interior is unique, due to the impressive height of the ceilings, the natural light that floods the space, the views that take your breath away and the exquisite decoration that is very cheerful and current. This beautiful apartment is located in the most demanded and exclusive condominium in Cap Cana, Aquamarina, between the Marina and the quiet beach with white sand and turquoise waters. It has a large living room with double height windows and sea views. The entire apartment has been renovated with great taste and quality. Two large bedrooms sleep up to 6 people, making it ideal for families. It is fully equipped in all areas of the apartment. It doesn't lack detail. You will live a unique experience in this accommodation. The price includes daily cleaning service and cooking service for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Food is not included. The service person lives in an annex to it. The condominium has a beautiful large tropical garden, two wonderful swimming pools facing the beach with sea views, a paddle tennis court on the beach, a beach club also with a swimming pool, gym and beauty salon. The Marina surrounds the back of the condo, allowing for unparalleled walks between the beach and the Marina at sunrise and sunset. Our guests will receive breakfast, lunch and dinner service to their liking by a professional chef, as well as cleaning and laundry services. The purchase service is not included. We will always be close to help in case of emergencies or special needs.

Gorgeous Vistas, Cooling breezes

We just loved the views of the sea, white sand beaches, pools and landscaping from this penthouse. We also loved that that place came with a chef/housekeeper the charming and cheerful Santa. There were comfortable chairs to sit outside and enjoy the cool breeze that constantly blew which made air conditioning not at all necessary in the main (Both bedrooms were air-conditioned) comfort.

FANTASTIC LOCATION,

This condo is well decorated & has the most stunning ocean & beach views that one could ever hope for! When we were at the condo (penthouse, top floor) we lived on the gorgeous & comfortable wraparound terrace. When we weren’t at the condo, we were either golfing, playing tennis or enjoying the sandy, white pristine beaches and restaurants. Great fishing options abound.Please know that tennis & golf are a fair distance away & you’ll definitely need to rent a golf cart to get around within Cap Cana. As for groceries, and after leaving the airport, be sure to go to the main grocery store before arriving to the condo, otherwise you can pick up limited things at the small grocerette within Cap Cana. Santa, the housekeeper/cook is an absolute sweetheart, cheerful & always willing to help. She lives off-site and will arrive each day whatever time you would like. And, there is a gym (pay by day or week), a lovely Spa for facials, hair cuts, etc., a Pilates studio, all within just a few steps from this building. We recommend just a few things needing a bit of a tune-up, though these would not preclude us from rebooking next year. The dishwasher & icemaker did not work & there were a few very minor plumbing issues needing attention. A larger coffee pot would be lovely, as the current one is small, barely making 4-5 small cups. Again, these things are minor in the scope of this beautiful place and we are looking forward to staying here again in 2026.

Ocean Views and Tropical Breezes

This penthouse hands down is one of the best locations in all of Cap Cana. The tropical breezes were non stop during our stay and the views are stunning. You are within walking distance to a nice restaurant and a beach bar both providing excellent food and service. Renting a golf cart gave us easier access to the other side of the marina with more restaurants and shops. Santa the chef/housekeeper was very accommodating and helpful! We will definitely be returning to this penthouse!

We had a great stay in this apartment. The balcony, without a doubt, is the strong point of the apartment. It has a grandiose and beautiful view of the sea and a lot of breeze. Santa's presence did not bother us inside the apartment, as she is an extremely kind and affectionate person. She takes care of the house and makes the meals, by the way, delicious. We felt like she was a member of our family.

Family vacation in Cap Cana

Pictures of beach are accurate. Beautiful views of ocean. Secluded area. You have to make an effort to go to a restaurant or any other activity, but taxis are relatively cheap. If you’re looking for peace and relaxation, then this is great. If you’re looking for an activity based vacation not as ideal. Place comes with a cook, she was terrific and made great meals.

Absolutely Beautiful

This apartment is absolutely lovely. It is 100% as described. Ingrid, Paula, and Santa were amazing hosts. This was by far the best vacation my family and I have ever had! First, Santa (she is the maid) took care of all of our needs. She made us wonderful breakfast everyday and set the table so nicely. Paula (she is the concierge) made some of our excursion reservations. Once of the reservations she made was for a buggy ride. My kids and I had a BLAST! Now, about the apartment. It was beautifully decorated and well stocked with everything you need for the beach and meals. The location right on the water provided a stunning view that I could not get enough of. There were also lots of restaurants in the area as well. We loved it here and will definitely be back to this exact apartment in the future! Ingrid has a customer in me for life!

Perfecto!

My best friend and I rented this place not knowing what to expect. Our intentions was to find a location that would allow us to relax, worry free and beautiful. This did everything we wanted and more! The place is exactly as the picture. After an incredible day in the sun, we came back to Santa, the “housekeeper,” and a view that you’ll stare at for hours! Santa even cooked us a traditional Dominican meal for us to cheers to our last night in the DR. The area is safe and quiet with the following activities that we did during our stay: golf, catamaran, deep sea fishing, Scape Park, Eden Rock. Would definitely rent again!

Absolutely a fantastic experience!

This Cap Cana penthouse beach front condo is one of the best beach properties we have ever stayed in! From the initial search and throughout our stay, Ingrid, the property manager, was helpful and always available for any questions we had. She assisted with transportation from the airport, excursions, restaurants and grocery options. One of the luxury bonuses of this property is the on site House manager/cook. You can see in the photos the expansive veranda overlooking the beach, this takes a lot of daily maintenance. The house attendant stays in an adjacent unit and is available for many services. She conducted daily house keeping and is a fabulous cook. We went deep sea fishing and brought the Mahi Mahi back. She prepared it with Dominican flare and a fabulous cervichi. Definitely plan your grocery shopping on the way to checkin and plan for the cook to prepare lunches and some wonderful dinners on the veranda. Our table was set each day for us but we could have planned meals better. Head down to the Eden Rock beach Club for the day and have one of the best island lunches in the world! Cap Cana is a quiet resort area. You will not find the “spring break crowds here”, just what we wanted. Thank you for a fabulous spring break. Our stay occurred just as travel bands were starting for CV-9. We were reassured if we couldn’t leave the island, we would be assisted with accommodations. Thank you to the entire team of this property! Our family highly recommends this property for a fabulous and relaxing experience!

Beautiful apartment

We were looking for a warm getaway from wintery weather in Virginia and the weather was perfect in Punta Cana with 83 degrees. We loved the apartment and would have loved it so much better if we did not have a live-in maid. Our misunderstanding of what "chef included" meant is something I will know from now on. The chef(cook) is also the housekeeper. This may be good for a small family with children but not necessary for us. We did not have the privacy we needed.

Amazing Property
