Mid-century apartment well preserved with recent renovation. Interior designer and stone mason owners display their talent to include European inspired bathroom with tile shower, pedestal vanity, and Calacutta marble heated floor. Designer colors and furnishings create a comfortable environment throughout the lovely unit. The bedroom's queen size bed is well appointed with a Sealy Posturepedic Euro Pillow Top mattress, upholstered headboard, down comforter, down pillows, high thread count sheets. The living room sofa is perfect for reading or viewing 32'' LED TV. Small dining room table will also serve nicely as a desk. Kitchen has new penny round tile with new appliances and the simple basics for cooking at home. The apartment unit is situated on the top floor of a 4 unit apartment building with private entrance and large balcony. Large windows bring in an abundance of light.

One of the charms of this property is that it is in a quiet neighborhood for a city location. As much as we want our guests to have a good time, please be aware this is not a party pad. The sofa is not intended for additional sleeping guests and additional bedding is not provided.

Central Wallingford location. Close to Stone Way for bus lines to downtown, etc. Stone Way starts at Lake Union and goes north to Greenlake and is quickly becoming a hot new street with new restaurants and shopping. Near Gasworks Park, Burke Gilman Trail, Fremont, The Troll, Woodland Park Zoo, 2 miles to Husky stadium and University of Washington. Business travelers will find this a convenient location to software, internet, and biotech companies located in Fremont and South Lake Union. Also convenient for visitors of the University House retirement community.

My husband grew up visiting his grandmother in this small apartment building. Over a decade of managing the units as long term rentals, we decided to furnish units and offer as furnished short term rentals.

Close to busy Wallingford, Fremont, Lake Union, Greenlake & the University of Washington. Quick and easy access to downtown. Tucked away in the Wallingford neighborhood. It is a short street with low traffic volume, therefore is a nice quiet location.

What makes this apartment unique

Since my husband's grandmother was the original owner; we have lovingly cared for this mid-century structure. We are both in the design & construction industry and have applied personal touches.

Perfect location, quiet, with warm bathroom floors :)

We loved this apartment. You can walk to great restaurants, and there’s plenty to do and see. The information provided by the owner made for an easy check in/out process. The amenities in the apartment were practical, and very organized. The area is mostly 2hr parking, free after 5pm. Try and get a spot in front of the building where you can park all day. We’d love to stay here again.

Nestled in a quiet neighborhood among an eclectic blend of bungalows, two-stories and moderns, this well-kept, two-up, two-down mid-century apartment dwelling was the welcoming atmosphere and comfort we were seeking for our visit to Seattle. Second floor - Apt D is complete with modern amenities and an attention to quality workmanship and details – all new kitchen, high speed internet, heated bathroom floor, adjustable height shower head, private balcony and comfortable classic décor. We slept soundly with the windows open in an amazingly comfortable bed with high-quality pillows, sheets and bedding. The unrestricted street parking is a plus since restaurants, shops, galleries and entertainment are all within walking distance. The owner was available and on call for any issues including providing info about restaurants (including those favored by the local residents) and the not-to miss sights. We will definitely book again for our next visit.

Perfect location for our trip!

We enjoyed our stay. We had everything we needed for a longish weekend in Seattle. We enjoyed walking through the neighborhood and was surprised at the view of the Seattle City Skyline on our night time stroll. We walked to the Universty of Washington Medical Center for a doctors appointment. We also walked to see the Freemont Troll under the bridge. We used the city bus to go to the Ballard neighborhood to look at Rad electric bikes and bought one. Staying at this vbro made our stay fun and interesting. You get a different sense of Seattle. Simple and nice.

Clean, convenient...exactly what we needed!

This apartment was perfect for us! Very clean, comfortable bed, and walkable to our son's place. The street always had parking space and the location is very quiet and relaxing. When you sit in the front room, you look out to greenery and it's quite nice.

Randy met us at our arrival and suggested places to eat and was very hospitable. We never saw him after that but knew he was only a phone call away. The kitchen and bathroom is all very modern and there's heated floors in the bathroom and also an air conditioner for hot days. Also a nice fan in the bedroom.

We will definitely stay here again when we are back in Seattle!

Beautiful and Clean Apartment in a Gorgeous Neighborhood

We really enjoyed our stay in this neighborhood. It is a great location within easy walking distance to great restaurants and neighboring Freemont. The owners provide clear instructions and make sure the place is spotless and comfortable.

Great location and comfy place to stay

This was our second time staying at this property. It was a fantastic experience again. The apartment is perfectly clean and comfortable. We had a relaxing stay. Great location in Wallingford. Walkable to StoneWay, 45th St, and Lake Union. We will definitely be back!
