Quaint spot, clean and comfortable

We had a great stay here. The beds were very comfortable and it was such a sweet place! Communication was top notch and could not have wanted more from a quick stay in Seattle as far as location.

Lovely stay

Very clean, quiet, and well maintained unit. We stayed in the upstairs 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit in a large home that has several other units in it. Roland was extremely communicative, very responsive and overall, we were quite pleased. We didn’t make any meals but it was well equipped with plenty of dishes, spices, etc if we needed them. The location was fantastic, just a short drive to UW, and we enjoyed walking around Greenlake, going for coffee, etc. would stay here again for sure.

Vintage Seattle Charmer

This was a very nice place to stay over the holidays while visiting family. Cozy bedding was a plus. Kitchenette was well stocked and close enough to walk to Greenlake.

Charming & Quiet

We enjoyed our 2-nite stay in this lovely place in a nice neighborhood a block from Green Lake. Roland was very responsive and we appreciated the welcome wine and treats! The photos and descriptions were accurate. Bedrooms were roomy and beds were comfy, plus all basic amenities were provided. Would definitely stay again!

Awesome place to discover the city

The Perfect, Quiet 2BR in Wallingford

I was looking for a quiet place with two beds to spend two weeks in one of Seattle’s northern neighborhoods - some place with a bit of character, within walking distance to pubs and restaurants and not too far of a walk to mass trans if I needed that option. This place fit that bill flawlessly. The living/kitchen area is cozy but bright. It has wooden floors and has excellent warm, modern lighting. The host was supremely attentive and check in was perfect. Everything was clean, there were plenty of towels, and the beds were comfortable. Most importantly the place was quiet.I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone. Book it now before someone else does!

Great apartment, perfect location

We had a wonderful stay. Roland was a pleasure to communicate with, the apartment was sweet, parking was easy, and the location was perfect for walking to the park, zoo, and ice cream and food in Wallingford.

Retreat

Perfect property, well maintained, very clean, served as a great location to enjoy all Seattle has to offer without long commutes. Great neighborhood that represents Seattle’s charm and culture. And to top it off, the owner was quick to respond to questions and very friendly, he turned the perfect stay into the perfect experience! We’ll stay again next time we’re in town.

This is our new favorite Seattle place. Quiet, clean, comfortable, stylish space, just blocks from Green Lake. Great neighborhood. Easy communication with owner, easy parking. Can't wait to come back!

Quiet neighborhood, comfortable beds!

I needed a place to stay for just one night for a work meeting downtown. This location made it very quick and easy to get downtown on 99. Street parking is available right in front of the house. The house was quiet and in a safe neighborhood. Most importantly, the bed and pillows were very comfortable and I slept great! Roland adds some very nice touches and I hope to stay here again!

Lovely apartment in a great neighborhood

Everything nice and clean, complementary wine, safe and vibrant neighborhood that's not too noisy. Green Lake is a fabulous park to hang/exercise.

Wondeful Charm and Great Location

This was so much more than i expected. The photos dont even begin to do it justice. The home is cozy and comfortable and in a wonderful location. Just minutes away from a beautiful park and great restaurants. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Cozy and comfortably compact

Beautiful, clean, and comfortable with plenty of natural light from the big window in the kitchen/living area. The kitchen has all the basics with coffee and tea, and a large selection of spices and herbs available. The sitting area has a cozy couch. The mattresses and bedding are super soft and comfortable, with natural feeling material. The bonus was the extra large closet turned into an office space---I enjoyed journaling every morning at the desk creatively placed in front of a diamond shaped window. You can also tailor the temperature to your liking with access to a Google nest app. Roland is warm and friendly without being intrusive, and he is easily reached when needed.

Originally from Burbank, California, I grew up on the studio lots of WarnerBros, Disney, and Fox, where stories are conceived and brought to life through film and art. I live my life for stories. A story-teller by profession, I believe all you will ever really have at the end of your life is your story.

Touring with Van Halen for a year; Backpacking through Eastern Europe; Shaking hands with Bill Cinton over coffee; Rubbing shoulders with the South American elite.

Now I live in Seattle, and continue to tell stories through my creative services business.
