Condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in 1222sf of living space. The master bedroom has an ensuite bath. Both bedrooms have comfortable queen size beds. It has comfortable furnishings and a fully equipped kitchen, patio with BBQ, lounge chairs and outdoor dining set. Two car garage, with washer/dryer. Fast speed internet and large screen TV with many cable, movie and sports channels. The condo is in a guard protected, gated community for guests aged 55+. Condo is right on the golf course with beautiful, relaxing views and it's an easy walk to the club house, restaurant, pool, post office and community/activities center. The condo is only 12 miles to the Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale, AZ.

Great Experience

Everything was perfect. Great location and great home. Can’t think of any negatives. Owner was available and responsive when we had a small request. Highly recommend this property. Would comeback every year if available.

The condo was perfect for our needs. It was clean, very well equiped, and location was great. We would stay here again if in the Mesa area.

Great winter retreat!

Impressive facility...from entering the neighborhood and into the condo and onto the back patio...many amenities as well as many things to do in the area, ie museums, hikes, shopping...Very clean and beautiful..enjoyed our stay very much..

Great location for golf, swimming, pickleball & community center. Safe and secure neighborhood. One of the most friendly places we have ever stay at!

Totally enjoyed the condo

The condo was very nice. Great neighborhood. We watched the golfers out back patio. Condo was very well equipped. Owners were very easy & fast to reach. We would definitely stay again. 😊

Another stay in paradise

We had a good time in this property. It is clean and well located. Close to restaurant and shopping center. Walking distance to the club house restaurant "Birdies" where the food is very good.

Peaceful

It was all I'd hoped for. It was the perfect gathering place for my kids and grandchildren to visit. There was plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for preparing meals for a number of people.

Just like home

Had a wonderful stay at this condo and couldn’t have been more pleased. Extremely clean, beds were comfy, and the kitchen was well stocked with all necessities to make an early Thanksgiving dinner (casserole dishes, storage containers, and foil and plastic wrap!). Patio overlooking the golf course made a restful atmosphere to kick back and relax. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything You Need!

We had a great time. The condo was clean, spacious and furnished nicely. It had everything you could ask for and the location is perfect. Enjoyed watching the golfers each morning, then going to the fitness center and pool. Had a couple of dinners, happy hours and breakfasts at the golf course. Both the fitness center/pool and the golf course clubhouse are a short (2 block) walk from the condo.

Awsome !

Great place to stay ! Convenient to highways, any shopping, landmarks, museums, food. We had four adults and never felt cramped. Beds were comfortable. We had plenty of nice and thick towels for the bathrooms. Everything was very clean, neat and organized. Owners were very attentive for any of our wants or needs. The complex had gates with very friendly and helpful guards. Also had a country club with friendly members and things to do during the week. Needless to say we were very satisfied with our stay.
