Incredible stay!

Property was great, 2 pools on property and gym were perfect. Lots of food within walking distance. Owner was incredibly responsive and helpful. Would recommend to anyone.

Great property. Safe and clean. Really liked the pool/hot tub. Was hoping for a reduced rate for long term stay (19 nts) but didn't get one. Great neighborhood, we walked all over the place, very safe. Long drives into Phoenix, Glendale or Scottsdale for games/events. Great places nearby.. lots of hiking in the desert/mountains. Decent golf courses within 20min too.

Great place to stay

The condo is beautiful and fully updated. It was our home base for doing day trips and we always enjoyed coming back for a restful few days around the beautiful pool. The location was great and we appreciated it being on the ground level and not having steps to climb. Hugh, the owner, was a great communicator and always available by phone, if needed.

Perfect place to stay!

This condo is exactly as described. Good location for either pools and gym. Easy and close parking, and no steps to haul up groceries and suitcases. We like hiking at Superstition and lots of other trails and so is in a good location for that as well. Hosts supplied us with information before we arrived and everything went smoothly. We loved it here, and would recommend it to family and friends and would stay here again ourseves.

Great Place

Everything was wonderful with this property with one exception. The Wi-Fi wasn’t so great. We had a hard time making and receiving calls.

We certainly enjoyed our stay. We make these trips annually we refer to this trip as the movie: Ground Hog day. Same thing all 7 days. Golf, eat, drink and sleep 7 days in row

Right at Home

From the very beginning it was a pleasure to communicate with the owners. Their place felt just like home, very welcoming and comfortable. The recliner in the living room was the BEST!! We happened to meet some of the neighbors who were also quite friendly. Location was very convenient.

Absolutely awesome

We had a great time and this was the absolute best place for our family. Very quiet area but so close to many places and easy access to hwy system. Couldn't have found a better place.

Great time

Gary and I had a really great stay. The condo was exactly as advertised. The owner was so quick to get back with me to answer any questions. Will definitely stay again. I just wish that the owners at Coyote Landing allowed small dogs. But we couldn’t have asked for a perfect winter stay. Thank you Hugh!!!

Great Stay

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for an enjoyable week's stay. I was impressed by the open communication between the owner and I before and during our stay. There was never a question that went unanswered. The location of this condo is outstanding, especially if you enjoy hiking! We were able to get to most everything we wanted without using Interstate 10, which has sometimes been a burden during other stays in the Phoenix area.

Everything you need and more!!

This condo was just perfect for our first trip to Arizona! Centrally located to everything fun that we did. It felt like home. Quiet community with great pools. Great parking right outside the front door. This condo had everything we needed and more. Owner was very accessible and quickly responsive. We will definitely recommend this condo and we will be back again in the future!!

Hello I have stayed in many timeshares and VRBOs and Hugh’s condo was first class everything in the condo was in good working order there was directions for operations of everything including the gate and the pool overall I give this property have 10 out of 10 and would stay there again and would recommend it to my friends thank you Hugh
