This fully-equipped studio can now be yours to enjoy! With a self-catering kitchenette, dining, bathroom, laundry and exclusive deck, you'll find this leafy oasis to be a true home away from home. With reverse cycle aircon/heating you can relax in this coastal retreat all year round. The plush mattress and pillows make for a luxurious sleep while the DeLonghi coffee machine is ready to go with all your favourite pods on hand. Free wi-fi, complimentary bubbles on arrival, and a two minute drive or six minute (relatively flat) walk to the beach. What's not to love!
Linen and bath towels provided. BYO beach towels. Owner is sometimes based in main house (upstairs) for your convenience, but the studio setting is completely private and all yours! Take a drive to the quaint villages of Berry or Jamberoo. Sip the beautiful wine of nearby vineyards in Gerringong and the Shoalhaven region. Learn to surf at Seven Mile Beach, or just wander the streets of Kiama and check out the gorgeous shops and yummy eateries. Experience all this, then return to your cosy, sophisticated studio, wash off the sand under the outdoor shower, complete with hot water! Flick on the smart tv (with Netflix), cook an easy meal using the Smeg Convection Microwave or the free-standing induction cooktop and relax in the double electric recliner lounge. The studio was all we needed for our little getaway. With a comfy lounge, chocolate and champagne on arrival good air conditioning and easy check in process. Lovely quiet spot with easy access to the beach a good morning walk to the local coffee shop for breakfast and a peaceful space for an afternoon nap. Would definitely recommend for a private weekend away.

Relaxing Getaway

It was wonderful to sit on the patio in the shade of trees, with a nice breeze blowing by. Inside it was pleasant and comfortable - I slept extremely well on a firm mattress with good pillows. The bathroom/shower/laundry room was clean, neat, and bright. The kitchenette had just what I needed. My stay here was very relaxing.

Lovely little place to stay in Kiama. Exactly as per how Marianne advertises it. Very clean & well equipped. Walkable distance to Cafes, Restaurants, Pubs, Beach etc….as long as you like walking up & down the Hills of Kiama…kept us fit that’s for sure. We would definitely stay here again. 👍
