About this property
House on the beach of Guaecá
4 full suites (all with air conditioning) and a guest toilet. Air conditioning in the living room / kitchen. Equipped kitchen with dishwasher and service area equipped with washing machine and dryer. House overlooking the forest, very high standard integrated with nature, near Guaecá beach (+/- 200m). Condominium calm, safe and reserved without car circulation. Cleaning included twice a week. It has garage, TV with Sky and wifi.
