Excellent central location, clean, comfortable

The property is very close to town (one mile), the interior of the unit was clean, new and with modern appliances. I would definitely stay again. I liked the fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. There are many quirky features to adjust to. Needlessly complex for a rental unit, motion sensitive on/off for the kitchen faucet, and the lighting with dimmer that was more complex than on/off dim. Table lamp upstairs required tapping the base to control on/off/light level. Previous user had loosened the bulb to turn off, took me searching for a button to stumble on the base touch control. I am not an experienced VRBO user and did not check in with the property manager when I arrived, not sure that I was instructed to, but it wasn't a problem, did check out. I was not there to watch TV, but I did hope to catch an NBA playoff game, the TV in the master bedroom was not functional, Roku requesting an email and payment. The living room did not have the YoutubeTV app, asked for a Roku Pin to download. Limited channels, no ESPN, TNT, CNN, ABC, NBC, CBS. The local property manager was contacted, but they were in transit and asked us to contact the owner. The owner could not address the problem, wasn't sure if they had a Roku account, both TV's are Roku TVs. I watched the game I wanted to on my personal tablet, ok wi-fi. Suggest: Nightstand with lamps for upstairs beds. Better handrail for steps, carpeted, steep, narrow tread, odd rise on first and last step, require extra care navigating.

Amazing

Elena was so communicative and helpful! The place was exactly as it appeared in the pictures and very clean. Everything we needed was provided, beach chairs, snorkel equipment, umbrella, beach towels, pool towels, coffee. There is no air conditioning, but with the breeze that blows through the condo it is not needed. There was a little noise from the neighbor coughing at night, but we turned on a fan for white noise and slept like babies on the comfortable bed.

It was peaceful and really gave us the true experience of Hawaii. If you can’t handle the heat, probably not where you want to go as there is no air conditioning. I was fine with no air conditioning. There are plenty of fans to accommodate and circulate air. The pool was nice to dip in and cool off. It was the perfect romantic getaway for my husband and myself.

Great Spot and Unit

Unit was great, convenient, and in close proximity to things. Nothing fancy, but everything you needed to have a great stay. We definitely had some simple touches like shampoo/conditioner that some of our other friends in other units didn't have the basics provided.

Lovely Place to Stay

We spent a few days in this beautiful condo. We found everything quite clean in the unit. The condo has a great floor plan and is bigger than it looks in the pictures. The kitchen was stocked with everything one could need and there were books and games as well. The loft was cute and perfect for our teen to have some privacy, the living room and bedroom were comfortable and the lanai has such a fantastic view. We appreciated that there were extra bath towels, as well as separate pool towels. Also, there are lots of jalousies for great airflow. The buildings, grounds and pool are well-maintained and the people were friendly. The location was superb…only minutes to the grocery stores and coffee shops, as well as centrally located for trips east, west and north. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the condo or stay here again. Mahalo for a wonderful time!
