Sleeps 8, 4 miles from Pebble Beach Golf Links and 2 miles from Carmel River State Beach, this quiet, private and secluded (set atop Carmel's Forest and Hatton Canyon, and in a sunbelt compared to Pebble Beach (which is typically chilly,) this home is the perfect escape. Enjoy the gourmet kitchen, ample living space, and backyard oasis amidst 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Washer and dryer, 4 televisions, outdoor seating for happy hour, barbecue grill, fountain, and large stone driveway with plenty of parking space. Less than a mile from supermarkets, Starbucks, Bagel Nosh, and the Carmel Barnyard and Crossroads. Wonderful restaurants nearby. Brand new living and family room furniture. The best beds and linens. This is our main home so it is very clean and sanitized. Filtered water throughout the house and instant hot water pump throughout the house. Brand new six burner high grade gas oven. All new plumbing and electrical. Steam shower in Master Bathroom. A filtration system in the heater throughout our home. Extremely quiet and safe neighborhood. This location is very convenient to the best hiking, trips down to Big Sur, Carmel Valley and Village, very short distance to downtown Carmel, and a 5 mile drive to downtown Monterey. Very best location on the Monterey Peninsula because of weather and safety. Garage not available. Service animal are allowed with approved documentation sent ahead of arrival. The house is well cared for and is in a quiet neighborhood. This is not a party house, more of a serene house for people who enjoy quiet and beautiful views of a magnificent garden and large trees.

Beautiful Gardens!

David's place was the perfect spot for our girl's weekend! We loved how close the location was to both downtown Carmel-by-the-Sea and the beach as well as the wineries in Carmel Valley. The gardens in the backyard are BEAUTIFUL and the most peaceful retreat for a quiet morning coffee. We loved our stay!

Wonderful family home

Our family enjoyed a super relaxing weekend in Carmel! The house was lovely, quite comfy. It was located in a quiet, convenient location that made getting everywhere and everything we needed easy. Plenty of space for family time and lots of great scenic outdoor activity close by. We'd stay here again for sure!

3rd time staying here with the dogs

Owner David is great! We have stayed 3 times here. Property is really comfortable and roomy. Dogs love the big backyard. Close to everything. We love staying here.

Beautiful house in Carmel

We visited for a long weekend to attend my nephew’s wedding. The house was perfect. We enjoyed sitting in the backyard which is peaceful and has gorgeous gardens. We highly recommend!

Perfect location and Serene Home

We very much enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It felt very spacious, comfortable and the backyard is beautiful….full of blooming flowers, fruit trees, and butterflies. The proximity to town, groceries stores, coffee shops, and Carmel Valley couldn’t be more ideal. Highly recommend this cozy spacious home.

Perfect Family Vacation

The home was perfect for our family trip to Carmel. The location of the home was perfect for our plans in the Big Sur, Carmel area. The home itself was outstanding- with everything we needed to relax and enjoy our family time together. Yes, the beds are so comfortable - everyone slept very well. The backyard is a paradise. So very relaxing and close to everything!

Our annual girls trip was a huge success thanks to this amazing property. The home is so comfortable and quiet, furnished with everything you'll need. Back yard was so perfect for catching up over morning coffee. And a glass of wine in the evening. We would definitely recommend a stay here! We were so close to downtown Carmel and pebble beach.

Honey and beautiful!

Our family had a wonderful time in Carmel at this lovely home. It was a great location for visiting the Carmel Mission, driving 17 mile drive, exploring Big Sur, and seeing the Monterey Aquarium. We are picky about cleanliness and comfort, and this home exceeded our expectations. Treat yourself and stay here at this gracious host’s home!

Moto America Weekend

This was our second stay at David's house and it was as good or better the second time. It is a beautiful home within credible gardens and perfect for 4 senior guys who are motorcycle racing fans. Hopefully we'll be back next year.

Perfect Weekend!

Nice large house with the best backyard for my dogs. Watching th chase each other around the path was priceless. The house was big enough for everyone. Comfortable beds, large kitchen, quiet neighborhood close to shopping and downtown Carmel. We definitely would stay here again

Our home is available for 31 days or more throughout the calendar.

During the Pebble Beach Concourse Week- there is a seven day minimum.

Our home is permitted for VRBO therefore many of the aspects of our home have passed rigorous inspections. Only 4% of the homes in Carmel are permitted legally.

We live in this home so it is very clean, convenient to all locations, in a safe and warm section of the Carmel for weather, easy access to main streets, close to the beach and downtown Carmel and Carmel Valley. Hatton Canyon is right in our back yard with massive trees and greenery. We have taken great pride to make our home the best of the best. Our TV's are the best, our beds and liens are the best. Much of our furniture is brand new and very comfortable.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Zen gardens and seclusion. The backyard has a brand new fountain, and lots of outdoor furniture and the views are amazing, The property backs up to the Hatton Canyon which is a tree-lined forest. Warm microsystem here in this quiet neighborhood compared to most areas on the Monterey Peninsula. The owner is a lifelong resident and picked this area because of how convenient is it for everything. This is a permitted by the county property which ensures safety measures have been approved. We are open for rental for 7 day minimum for the Pebble Beach Car Week. We are open for 31 days or more for most of the months in 2026.
