The home maintains it original latch and key farmhouse doors, rustic paneled walls and wavy glass wood windows. The 2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom w/Office home is located in the Heart of Downtown Carmel. This Cottage is within a few steps of all the great restaurants, shops, wine tasting rooms, art galleries etc that Carmel has to offer. Just a short 12 minute stroll to the beach, everything is easily accessible and walkable. The Sunset Center and famed Forest Theater are also just a couple short blocks away. There is also a lovely farmer's market every Thursday that is right around the corner. We also have a shed in the back filled with beach supplies that guest are welcome to enjoy.

The beautiful and secluded outdoor backyard space includes a spacious deck, fire table, fountain and gas BBQ. This peaceful atmosphere allows you to soak in the great weather amongst the mature Coastal Live Oaks on the property.

Inside you will find 2 bedrooms both tastefully decorated with vintage furniture that add to the charm of the home. In the master bedroom, there is a King bed with a TV and private bathroom/shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed. There is also a separate office that is an ideal space for those that are looking to work remotely.

The living room has a "Art Frame" TV along with a wood burning fireplace. Perfect after a romantic stroll at the beach, a day of wine tasting or an afternoon spent shopping.

The kitchen is well stocked with dishwasher, , wine glasses, pot/pans and a cabinet stocked with spices and other convenient necessities for a cooking dinner for a nice meal at home. We also have a variety of teas, Nespresso and Keurig machines to help get your day started.

The cottage is a short drive to all the tourist destinations such as Big Sur, Nepenthe, Carmel Valley wineries, golf courses (e.g. Pebble Beach, Spanish Bay, Poppy Hills, Black Horse, Bayonet, and Pacific Grove Muni), Monterey Bay Aquarium, Cannery Row, and the Monterey Wharf.
