About this property

Exclusive Villa with private swimming pool

The villa is amazing! There is plenty of space and the accommodation is designed to assure our guests' pleasure. Swimming pool and entrance are private. At the ground floor there is living room, kitchen, one king room and one bathroom. At the 1st floor there are 2 rooms (one king and one twin) and one bathroom. At the underground floor there is a gym and the laundry room. Additional facilities are provided: bbq, video games, computer. We, the owners, stay in a separte part of the house, only the garage will be shared. The villa fits all your needs. The large patio at the entrance, with table, allows you to also take advantage of the outside area to eat. Swimming pool and gym are perfect both for relaxing and training. On the first floor there is a large terrace from which you can enjoy the lake view. The area around is calm, green and all the spaces are private for the guests, so you can enjoy every single moment of your staying.

Wunderschöner Urlaub mit der ganzen Familie

Das wundervolle, große Haus in Moniga del Garda bietet ausreichen Platz für sechs Personen. Die Vermieterin Martina war sehr nett und sowohl der schnelle Check in als auch der schnelle und flexible check out war reibungslos. Wir reisen sehr gerne und buchen uns generell ein Hotel mit einer 5 Sterne Kategorie. Ich muss sagen dieses Haus waren ebenfalls 5 Sterne. Man konnte in der Corona Zeit unbeschwerten Urlaub genießen. Wir kommen wieder !
