The living room, in the center of Villa Nita, opens onto the terrace and the swimming pool. On each side of the living room there are 2 bedrooms of identical size with their en-suite bathrooms. The third bedroom with en-suite bathroom is located on the lower level with a small terrace and twin beds.
At the back of the living room you have a TV room. The kitchen opens on the living room and the TV room.
