St. Armand`s Canal-Front Pool Home steps to the beach!

This gem, ranch style home estate has been completely rebuilt and remodeled in 2015 from the frame including all new finishes inside and out. With fresh, coastal Old-Florida decor, it is in one of the most desirable locations on the west coast of Florida, St. Armand`s Circle being around 500 yards to Lido Beach. The 200 foot wide canal is open to the Sarasota Bay and Gulf of Mexico, with private dock to access your fishing or paddle boarding adventure or anchor your kayak, wave runner or boat rental. Walk 200 yards to St. Armand`s for shopping, dinner or night out, before returning to a lighted gas heated pool and spa/hot tub to end the evening. Retire to comfy new beds which will insure a blissful sleep to start the new day. All bedrooms have smart TV`s. Enjoy board games inside and the bikes outside. We know how important coffee is even on vacation so we supply a drip coffee maker plus a Keurig.


Bring the party outside with plenty of seating, tables to enjoy your meal, gas grill and pool toys. The pool deck is complete with recliners, chairs and a dining table for real outdoor living. Ice machine in laundry room will keep those drinks extra cold. We have gas and electric heaters to make sure you are happy and warm in the pool or spa. There is a pool heat fee for pool and spa/hot tub.

Bring your littles as we have a pac-n-play and high chair you are welcome to use. Take the beach buggy for all your Lido beach needs. Toys, chairs, umbrella, cooler and totes to make it easy to stroll to the beach. If you would like to use bicycles during your stay, please let us know and we would be more than happy to help!

This price includes both the main and guest house. With both, it is 4 Bedrooms, 4 Baths that sleeps 8 or at a discounted rate, a 3 bedroom 3 bath in the main house only. The apartment has a separate fully equipped kitchen, living room and full size stacked washer/dryer laundry closet)

The famous white sands of Lido Beach is less then a mile away offering sunsets of a lifetime!

There is an abundant amount of Activities and Attractions in Sarasota/Bradenton/Siesta. These are just a few of the many treasures and cultural events..Benderson Park, Mote Marine Aquarium, Ringling Museum of Art, Florida?s Largest Wildlife Rescue / Rehabilitation Center with the Pelican Man, Selby Botanical Gardens, Museum of the Circus, Children`s fountain at Island Park, Myakka River and Park, Legacy bike trail, Ed Smith Stadium Sport Complex, Sarasota Ballet (Oct-Apr), Van Wezel Performing Arts, Florida Studio Theatre, Sarasota Opera House, The Asolo Theatre, and Players Theatre. Leisure time can be spent on shops, galleries, golfing, tennis, ice skating, water sports like; fishing, snorkeling, kayaking, diving, jet skis, water skiing or leisure boating. You can spend the entire day at our famous St. Armand`s Circle with its award winning indoor or outdoor dining, upscale shopping, and galleries.

Visit this home once and you will return!

CANCELLATION: In the event the Tenant cancels the reservation, they are responsible for the entire amount of the rent and tax. If the landlord is able to re-lease the premises for the entire duration of said reservation, we will refund all money except for 3.5% of the rent for credit card administrative fees. Boaters please note if you plan to dock a boat at the house; In order to exit the canal and enter Sarasota Bay, you will have to clear the Ringling Relief located under south Blvd of the Presidents. Florida Department of Transportation has charted a MHW (Mean High Water) of 9 feet. This is not the actual clearance at all times and will fluctuate with the tides.
There must be a minimum of (2) adults over the age of
30 as named tenants. We do not lease to young adults without adults over the age of 30 on the premises.

Please note there is no parking on the street unless in a designated parking area. Tickets will be issued by parking enforcement.

In lieu of a damage deposit, guests will be charged a fee of $14.00 a night to cover any damages up to $3,000.

Fantastic location! Just steps to great restaurants and shops. We loved heading to the beach for sunset and then dinner right after. The outdoor space at the house was wonderful, we were lucky to see manatee right from the dock. The house was well appointed with everything we needed for our week long stay.

Perfect location and setting!

This was the perfect place for our large family! We chose to fly in and not get a rental car. The proximity to the beach and to St Armand’s Circle, plus the ability to have Whole Foods delivered gave us everything we needed. It made for a relaxing time. The house was perfect, the pool and hot tub beside the canal a retreat in itself. We’ll be back!

Great family gathering

The house and location were ideal. We brought together our adult children and toddler granddaughter and thoroughly enjoyed the house and pool. We had multiple manatee sightings from the dock almost every day. The easy walk to the shops and restaurants was an extra plus as was the beach access. Being between the public parking areas provided a quiet beach experience. Will definitely return!!

75 Birthday Celebration

We had such a great time celebrating our family members 75th Birthday. The house was fantastic! Everything available for a great vacation. The pool, the convenience to the beach (red tide was horrible though) and St. Armand’s Circle were key! The house was so well stocked with everything you need to cook a meal. Will definitely stay here again!

Loved everything.

We loved everything about this property! Husband fished, saw manatees, pool was fantastic for the whole family, and beach was beautiful. House did not lack anything. Even had high chair and pack and play for our baby boy. Very very clean. Our family enjoyed our time together. Minutes from everything. The breakfast house was wonderful for breakfast and you must eat at the Columbia.

Wouldn’t change a thing.

Communication before we arrived (even dealing with the COVID uncertainty) and throughout our stay was awesome and much appreciated. The location of the home cannot be beat - steps to the beach and St. Armand’s. The toiletries were a great touch, since we did not bring shampoo to save space in luggage. The pool, spa, and facilities were even better than the photos. We will definitely stay here again when we visit in the future.

Covid getaway

This was the perfect getaway for my young family and our au pair! Our au pair stayed in the guest house which also was a great place for my 10 year old to do his remote school M-F. The guest house is fully equipped and would be a great place for grandparents. The main house has all the room you need and for a ranch house, it is so well layed out! The kitchen had everything and walking out the sliding glass doors to an updated pool and outdoor area on the canal was amazing!! The entire house is completely updated, well taken care of, and the pool and spa controls are easy to use and they heat up fast. Being from Chicago, we needed warmth ASAP! There are plenty of sand toys and beach chairs and a great wagon for kids to walk the one block to the beautiful beach. Another one block walk to Kilwins and St Armands Circle! We only wish we could have stayed longer!!

Perfect location, beautiful beach and awesome time!

Last time we stayed in a two story house. This time I was worried since it wasn’t as large sq ft wise, but ended up loving the layout, pool, location and beach access. The house had everything we needed to cook, and many of us are cookers. The beach is a short three minute walk. We rented a boat for a few days and docked it at the house. Boat was fun and so easy since we could just get in and out when we felt like it. Everything is labeled in the house which helps. Love the layout that I can cook in the kitchen while watching the kids swim and some fish off the deck. We were there during COVID and got many dinners to go at night. Wait time was only 15-20 minutes before we would walk to pick it up. Great time!!

I HIGHLY recommend this home. We had an absolutely wonderful time. The house is better than described and the location is absolutely impeccable. Right across the street from one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever been to. The owners of this home thought of EVERYTHING to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The garage was of bicycles and floaties... the kitchen was fully stocked.... the beds were super comfy! The communication with the real estate was hands down the quickest and easiest I’ve ever encountered. THANK YOU!!!

What makes this property unique

The price listed is the main house only, which is a 3 bedroom 3 bath house without the guest apartment. This home can alternately be leased at the guest's option as a 4 bedroom 4 bath including the guest apartment (with separate kitchen, living room and laundry), which is $100/night more. Please specify which you would prefer. There are some weeks that require a premium rent. The booking is not final until you get the Guest License Agreement from Precise Realty Corp. 50% of Total Rental amount is due upon booking the reservation, and the balance due 90 days prior to the arrival date. There is a 12% Tax and Cleaning Fee of $500.00. Pool/Spa Heat $200/week, and is not optional. No pets please. COVID –19 CANCELLATION POLICY:
In the event guests are unable to reach their rental destination due to Florida State or US Federal Government Travel Restrictions within 60 days prior owner will offer the choice of a credit or full refund. The credit or refund will only be available if the travel restrictions are current at the time of request. A credit or refund will not be considered if travel restrictions are imposed after the arrival date.
STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY: In the event that Tenant elects to cancel this Lease prior to commencement of the occupancy, Tenant shall forfeit any and all funds paid to date for the Lease. If all funds have been paid and the property is re-leased for the days cancelled, tenant shall receive refund minus 18% administration fee.
