Gorgeous riverfront home with private heated pool (no additional heating fee), hot tub & boat dock!

You’ll love waking up to a morning coffee on the dock as the river starts its day and winding down with a glass of wine on the rooftop deck while taking in breathtaking sunsets in this 2200 sq/ft 3 bedroom/3 full bath home overlooking the historic Manatee River.

Take a dip in the heated pool with sun-shelf and sitting ledges!

This upscale coastal contemporary 3 bedroom 3 full bath home sleeps up to 8 and includes 2 king beds and 2 queen beds. Rooms are professionally cleaned and sanitized after each guest stay.

Each of the spacious bedrooms includes a SMART TV with plenty of desk space for those needing to catch up with the office.

The open kitchen with a 12-foot island with 5 bar stools is ideal for entertaining. There are two adjoining seating areas with easy access to the wet bar. The kitchen includes all utensils and Keurig coffee maker with K-cups. Outside there is a Napolean gas grill.

The six person hot tub provides therapy for those aching bones and tired muscles!

The dock can harbor up to a 30 foot boat. There are two (2) nearby boat ramps, both within minutes. (See photos).

There are local waterfront restaurants to choose from via boat: Woody's Roo, Whiskey Joe's, Riviera Dunes Dockside, Pier 22 and Riverhouse.

Downtown Bradenton and Riverwalk are a few minutes away with quick access to I-75/I-275 making traveling North or South a breeze. Bradenton Beach and Anna Maria Island are a 30 minute drive. Sarasota Airport is 20 minutes away. Downtown Sarasota and St Petersburg are about a 30 minute drive.

Fabulous Stay!

We stayed at this property for 2 months and it was wonderful! The sunsets are to die for, the views just spectacular. The house was clean and as described in listing; many extra amenities. So many opportunities for boaters in this area! Mark & Ravage were super easy to work with, even giving us many “local” recommendations. Highly recommend!

Great place!

Water Front Home

This house was amazing. We were in Bradenton visiting our daughter and grandchildren for Thanksgiving. The children loved the pool. My husband and I loved the hot tub. I highly recommend this home.

Perfect Retreat During Tournament

We stayed here while my son played at a soccer tournament at Lakewood Branch. It could not have been a more perfect retreat during our downtime. The hot tub helped with sore muscles and the house had everything we could need and more. We saw manatees swimming up the bay and enjoyed every minute of our stay. The hosts were incredibly helpful. We will most definitely stay here again.

Amazing & Relaxing

We had an amazing stay! The house was great and the pictures on the website are very accurate. One of the best stocked VRBO’s I have stayed in…kitchen had a wide variety of pots n’ pans, dishes, glassware, spices, etc. All the basics! Every bathroom had full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There was also laundry detergent and fabric sheets. The pool and hot tub were great…lots of chairs and loungers. Views were amazing and we enjoyed our stay! We would 100% recommend this property! The hosts were very communicative and quick to respond if we had a question…they made you feel very welcome and provided suggestions of things to do in the area. Felt very comfortable here - great place to just hang out and relax!

Great getaway on the water

Enjoyed our stay here. The owners are gracious and great to communicate with. The backyard is paradise, highly recommend bringing a boat or renting one. The views and the sunsets are amazing. Perfect location on the Manatee River, we traveled out to Anna Maria Island almost every day by boat. We traveled to nearby restaurants by boat as well. The house is clean and well equipped. Great space for our family and 4 adult kids. St. Armand’s Circle was an easy 30 minutes away and the downtown Bradenton farmer’s market was a huge hit on Saturday morning. We had a relaxing vacation in this nice home!

Hidden gem in a peaceful neighborhood

Everything was absolutely spotless. The peacefulness of the swimming pool and the water on the canal was just what we needed, taking a break from an Alaskan winter. The kitchen has all the tools you could need. The beds are comfortable, and all the linens are very nice. The communication with our host was excellent, as the Keurig was not working when we first arrived, and he instantly had it replaced for us. There was plenty of room for the family to spread out and spend time with grandparents, teens and a 12-year-old. The neighborhood was very quiet at night. Maybe a box fan tossed into a closet for those guests who are not used to sleeping with such quiet might be helpful?! Absolutely would stay again! 5 stars.
