Tive o prazer de me hospedar nessa casa que é uma delicia.. as fotos nao mostram o quanto ela é aconchegante. Estava limpa, a piscina foi limpa a cada dois dias que estive la, e as acomodações e materiais da casa tbm eram otimos.

Instalações muito boas e limpas, tudo funcional, piscina de bom tamanho para acomodar as 10 pessoas presentes na ocasião. Caseiro efetuou limpeza e aspiração da piscina em 2 dos 4 dias que estivemos lá.

Chacará linda, porém mal cuidada

A impressão ao chegar é muito boa: jardim bonito, piscina limpa, campinho de futebol show! Porém as boas impressões param por aí! A casa é antiga e estava imunda! O anfitrião é muito legal e prestativo, inclusive devolveu o dinheiro da limpeza pois, definitivamente, não havia sido feita: os banheiros estavam imundos, tivemos que lavá-los antes de usar! Tinha teia de aranha nas panelas, pote de creme de cabelo, presilhas embaixo das camas e muito, mas muito pó(o que demonstra claramente que a faxina não foi feita)! A pressão da água também não foi corrigida: a descarga não tinha força e os chuveiros saiam pouquissima água. Apesar disso tudo tivemos bons momentos em família na área externa do imóvel e na churrasqueira (após sair para comprar nossa própria grelha)!

Imóvel muito bom, existem alguma pequenas melhorias a serem realizadas, como a descarga dos banheiros que são fracas e os chuveiros, porém a casa é muito boa, espaçosa. O caseiro super atencioso na entrega e retirada das chaves. Teve um dia que a piscina ficou bem suja de folhas, acho que o piscineiro deveria ir todos os dias quando tiver hóspedes. Mas de uma maneira geral super recomendo.
