Location was very convenient and the apartment well appointed. Marie, the manager, was fantastic and answered all of our questions with suggestions. Our stay in Paris was all we had hoped for.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The host met us to show us around when we first arrived. She was very helpful and kind. The location of this apartment is ideal for hopping on the metro. Everything you need is in walking distance.
Communication with the host and our check in agent, Marie was perfect. She met us at the apartment and showed us how to get in, take out the recycling and showed us all of the apartments accommodations. The apartment is massive compared to apartments in Europe and very well furnished. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Showers, linens and kitchen were spectacular. Our week long stay was a tremendous success and filled with so many good memories including the place that we stayed. There were a Boulangerie, Fromagerie, and local market within a block of the apartment and we walked to the Seine every day from our apartment. My highest rating for a VRBO I’ve given.
Being welcomed to the apartment by Marie-Letitia was a great first impression and the apartment did not disappoint.
We had a lovely time and had everything we needed.
Very enjoyable stay!
This was a perfect spot for my family (3 adults). Easy location to get to via RER from the airports, great access to any where you wanted to go in Paris. Good neighborhood with lots of food options including bakeries, grocery stores, and wine shops. It’s Paris in summer so it got a little warm but with fans and open windows, comfortable to sleep. I would stay here again!
We had a lovely time staying here in paris. Large comfortable flat. Marie was there for us for anything we needed.

It's approx a 40 minute walk to city center... not the nicest area getting to/from a couple of the train stations.
Really liked the apartment and my contact was responsive and accommodating!

Disappointing
The property was a bit run down; peeling paint. The cabinet doors and backsplash were sticky and not all that clean. The neighborhood felt sketchy. Handles fall off the doors regularly. The floor creaks LOUDLY so expect to wake others if you get up at night. There is 1 full bathroom. Then there is a room with sink and shower only. On the other side of the house from that, next to the front door, is a toilet and a tiny sink. The property manager is FABULOUS, though, in all respects. We felt we paid too much, even for Paris
We had a fabulous stay in Paris. The apartment had everything we needed and we were very comfortable throughout our stay. The lift was a welcome bonus as I had unexpected mobility issues. Marie the property manager welcomed us and showed us throughout the apartment. She was very helpful and willing to assist as required.
The location was great - access to public transport; supermarkets and lots of great bistros were within very easy walking distance. I would highly recommend this property. Many thanks.
The apartment was beautiful, well-equipped and very comfortable. Marie L. was a great greeter. She patiently reviewed all items in the apartment. She greeted us on time and was very welcoming. The location is far from the main areas in Paris. We took many taxis and Ubers. The WiFi was spotty in the back bedrooms. But, we could not have been happier staying in the apartment. We loved sitting on the terrace!
Our stay started off by greeting the hosts representative who communicated very clearly with us and met us at the property. She also showed us many of the practical details around using unfamiliar appliances etc and then showed us around the neighborhood, which was most helpful in getting our bearings. The appartment is located a short walk from one of the central rail stations in Paris, which also serves the RER train, etc.,
The apartment is exactly as shown and was a wonderfully located spot and a quiet place to sleep. It is clean and communication with the property's contact was very prompt and clear....Thanks Marie!
Bright 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment close to Gard du Nord
My husband, our adult daughter, and her partner stayed here for a week and were very pleased with the apartment. We were welcomed by Marie, who took time to explain how all the appliances worked, and made recommendations for an app to use for navigating the metro (it was very helpful). The apartment was clean and bright. There were fresh flowers and fruit waiting for us (such a nice touch!). The beds were firm but comfortable, and there were enough towels for all of us. Having two showers, and two toilets made getting ready in the morning, or winding down at the end of long days much easier. There was amble space to spread out and relax when we returned from all the tours we took. The street that the kitchen/living room faces is busy, and there were frequent sirens sounding (both ambulance and police - I do not know if we were close to a hospital or a police detachment); however, the noise was almost completely blocked out by simply closing the windows. The bedroom windows open onto the courtyard which is very quiet. It was convenient being so close to Gard du Nord, and this is the metro station that I would recommend using, especially after sunset, as the other close metro station Bares-Rochechouart felt a bit intimidating after sunset. (I would not recommend going out alone after sunset.) The neighbourhood is busy and clean (they literally wash the sidewalks nightly), and there is a lovely fromagerie, boulangerie and two great restaurants near by.
Very comfortable apartment, close to the metro and major train station. Found a great bakery and restaurants in the area. Located on the fourth floor (European fifth floor), we lost the elevator for a few days which resulted in some tiring climbs for a group of senior citizens.
We enjoyed our stay immensely, and the apartment only added to our overall enjoyment of visiting Paris. The apartment is well situated and convenient to shopping, trains, and many activities. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
Marie is amazing! My daughter had no luggage upon arrival and Marie helped us find an open store for incidentals and clothes! The apartment windows are a dream. Breakfast & coffee on the balcony was a prayer answered. The hardwood floors have just enough creaks and squeaks to speak to the history of the building. This place is a gem. Walk out front and jump in a cab it’s all right there. Thank you so much…..
