Modern & bright 1BR waterfront penthouse located in the heart of Provincetown. Centrally located on Commercial ST, yet set back from the street, by the bay, Harborfront Landing is where modern luxury meets Ptown charm! This well-appointed beachfront condo is located just steps away from all the fun of Commercial Street’s shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, as well as a great location to grab a bench and people watch too! After a long day of play, the harbor beach awaits your return.

About Place:
Built in 2012, this condo complex offers modern amenities and conveniences amidst the timeless charm of Provincetown tradition.

Condo amenities include 5G high speed wireless internet throughout condo, gourmet appliances, central A/C (a treasure in the summer months), central heat, bathroom with dual shower head and other creature comforts to enhance your stay.

Enjoy beautiful side views of the bay from your private balcony and Pilgrim Monument from the bedroom. (see photos)

Relax on the beach in front of your building. Enjoy the sand between your toes, and when you are ready to come in, there is an outdoor shower to wash away the sand!

Parking:
Temporary onsite parking space for loading and unloading. (approximately 20 minutes per usage)

One assigned off-site parking space included for the duration of your visit. (Located on Alden ST near the town public parking lot - approximately 7 mins walk) No need to worry about tandem parking hassles, overnight rules or feeding meters!

Well appointed gourmet kitchen with everything you need for dining in, including K-cup machine, toaster, tea pot and gourmet appliances (stove, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator).

If you prefer to dine out, you are just steps away from some of the most historic and highly rated restaurants in town.

In-unit washer/dryer

Access: This unit is located on the third (top) floor and requires walking up two flights of stairs. Stairs are located inside of the building.

Quiet hours must be adhered to from 10 PM-8 AM

Guidelines:
No smoking anywhere in unit (including balcony)
Sorry no pets, no parties or events allowed

Check-in anytime between 4 PM-11 PM - (due to quiet hours, please advise if you require a check-in time after 11 PM)

You can t get any closer to all of the fun Ptown has to offer when you are staying in the center of Commercial ST! I love this location because it provides easy access to all of my favorite things I enjoy when I am in Ptown: shop, get great coffee, relax on the beach, dine out, sip a glass of Chardonnay on my balcony while looking at the Bay...

My favorite nearby restaurants to consider during your stay and just a short walk from your condo (I recommend you make reservations in advance as they book quickly!):

Ross’s Grill - fantastic steaks and seafood
Front Street - wonderful Italian food, great Gluten Free menu!
The Lobster Pot - name says it all!

Getting around:

walk, walk, walk...

If you are taking the ferry, it is a very short walk to the condo.

If you are driving, I suggest dropping off your luggage using the onsite temporary parking space, then parking in your assigned offsite space and forgetting about your car for the rest of your stay! Pedestrians rule on Commercial ST!

If you want to drive to the beach, it is an easy 10 minute drive from the parking space to Race Point Beach.

Amazing quiet stay with everything you could need. Its right on the beach so you're there in 1 minute. Close to restaurants and everything ptown offers . Amazing to have washer and dryer as well. Host was there if u needed her but didn't bother me. A must stay and worth the price.

Perfect Provincetown location

We really enjoyed our stay in this well-appointed 1-br just steps from the beach and near all the fun on Commercial Street. Particularly enjoyed sitting on the deck in the evenings, would definitely come back!

Great location

We stayed for 3 nights and had a great time at this property. It was on the smaller side but totally fine for two people. The location was fantastic and the dedicated parking spot was a HUGE bonus.

Our vacation was made even better by having a beautiful, well appointed and extremely clean place to call home for a week. The location is central and easy to get to all parts of Ptown. Excellent location with high-end appliances and a beautiful view. The property description was accurate and it was helpful to have a spot off of Commercial Street to stop and unload the car. The dedicated parking spot was only a few minutes walk and the beach being seconds away was wonderful. We especially loved being able to watch the fireworks so close to our "home." We appreciated that the host provided a few important items like shampoo and coffee. The central air was also very comfortable.

Downtown delight!

Amazing location and sparkling clean! If I had to offer any constructive criticism it would only be that the door to the apartment is a bit tricky to operate. Other than that I would be happy to stay here again.

Great getaway in Ptown!

Loved staying here for a week. It was just me and my partner. The location was easily walkable to everything as it's just off commercial street, but quiet too being off the street. We loved the view from the small deck. The bed was comfortable, the shower was great and the kitchen was well stocked with necessary cookware, flatware, glasses, etc. Communication with Fran, the owner, was quick and friendly. Definitely recommend!

Quiet Spot in Heart of Ptown

Amazingly quiet spot steps from the bustle of Commercial Street. A little challenging at arrival for unloading, but long term parking spot easy to find and close. Lovely space for two people. Very comfortable bed. Deck space and chairs a delightful place to sit and view the harborside beach. Very quiet building and no noise from the street. Unit has everything you'd need for a great time in Provincetown.

Perfect location

What a great stay! The location was ideal - right in the center of town with easy access to everything. Parking was easy as well. The unit itself is beautifully appointed and has everything you need. Furniture and bed are very comfortable. Drinking coffee in bed in the morning with the view of the monument and then moving to the balcony or kitchen to have a second cup while watching the ocean…so peaceful! Sleeping with the windows open a crack and hearing the waves made for very deep sleeps. Fran is a wonderful host - communicative and clear! Will definitely stay here again!

Love this place

We have been coming to Provincetown for over 20 years and have a standing rental on the water in the east end for a week in July that we love. This year we decided to come for Thanksgiving weekend and wanted to try a new place that was more centrally located in town due to the colder weather. We were lucky to have found this place and could not have been happier. It had everything we could have wanted and ,more and the location was perfect. Not only that the building was safe and quiet and we felt so comfortable with the way it was furnished and setup. The communication with Fran was spot on and she was very extremely accommodating. Wonderful Property

I had the best stay at this wonderful property. The location is prime. It is in the middle of all the action but is set back enough from Commercial St that once you are in the unit, it is very quiet. The view of the harbor is stellar. The unit was bathed in golden light every sunrise. The proximity to the beach is ideal and it is a short walk to the ferry. The unit is very clean and nicely decorated. The bed is super comfortable. The kitchen has modern appliances and has all the glassware, pots and pans, and utensils needed to prepare gourmet meals. It also is equipped with a washer and dryer. I enjoyed my time very much at the condo especially on rainy days when I was content to just relax and enjoy the view. I will definitely book this property again next summer.
