This luxury beachfront condo is located in the heart of downtown and is just a few minutes walk from the ferry.

Enjoy the striking panoramic view of Provincetown Harbor, Long Point, Truro, Wellfleet, and beyond from the huge wraparound deck. The condo has abundant windows, each with water/beach views, where the ever-changing mood of the sky and sea will take your breath away. New, bright, airy, modern, clean. It was a great view, though we had a good look at a sauna/polar plunge group every day, hosted by a local yoga studio, that operated right behind our harborside window. Parking is a 5 minute walk away, but it is a very walkable area and you can do many things without driving anywhere. The flat is clean and well furnished.

We spent a long weekend at John’s condo and it is better than the pictures! Besides the absolutely amazing views of the pier, the condo was comfortable and had beautiful touches of luxury all around. The kitchen was well stoked and allowed for cooking chefs style. The bedroom was cozy and the mattress felt like a million dollars. We especially loved all the local art in the condo. We give John’s condo a 20 out of 10 and we will definitely be back! If you are considering booking a stay here, do it now!

Great place on the water

Beautiful condo right on the beach near the wharf. We really enjoyed the view, and the place was clean, beautifully furnished and very comfortable. Comfortable. Sunrises pretty spectacular!

perfect for a quick get away

This is a lovely apartment right in town AND on the water. With the cold weather coming in it was great to be able to sit in the sun on the deck or in the living room with views of the pier.

Amazing property

This property exceeded all expectations. It is beautiful, bright, spacious and well equipped with terrific water views. We could spend all day on the large balcony. While in the center of town, it is quiet and set back from Commercial Street. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

We have stayed at this property before and it never fails to go above and beyond what we expect. It is immaculate, in the center of Commercial Street, and the view of the water is wonderful. We hope to stay there in the future. It will always be our first choice.

Beautiful and spacious

Property was even nicer then described. Had all high end amenities and did it while being in the center of Ptown. This is not the normal run down rental…hosts maintain this beautiful condo meticulously. Can’t wait to stay again.

Great Views!

Everything it was cracked up to be! Panoramic views of the bay, immaculate, well stocked with cooking supplies, linens, etc. Perfectly located in the middle of town made it easy to access restaurants and shops. John and John are great to work with. Can’t wait to book another stay.

This property is everything and more. The unit seems larger than stated, the decor is fresh and current, and the views of the harbor and beyond are spectacular. One of the best rentals in town.

Anniversary long weekend

Super clean home with stunning views of the harbor. Ate fresh oysters out front at the squealing pig then did some shopping . Visited the beach we married on in herring cove then did some fishing and four wheeling on race point beach. Highly recommend this place to others . Walk to parking lot gave us time to take in the sights of Provincetown . Thank you for the use of your home
