About this property

Spacious, comfortable, family home. Great views, pets ok, free wifi

This comfortable home is ideal for families with children or families/groups of friends travelling together. (Accommodates up to 15) The property is family friendly with comfy furniture, a toy alcove, a porticot and a high chair. There are two living areas, one up and one down so it is ideal for families or larger groups travelling together.

Upstairs is the main lounge, dining and kitchen with balcony and BBQ. A bathroom and seperate toilet are on this level, with three bedrooms:
* Bedroom 1 x Queen bed
* Bedroom 2 x Queen bed
* Bedroom 3 Sleeps 6 in 2 double/single bunks.

Downstairs is another kitchen, dining area and lounge, a bathroom with toilet, and the laundry. Also a verandah with sea views. Two further bedrooms are on this level:
* Bedroom1 x Queen bed
* Bedroom 2 sleeps 3 .
The back yard is grassed and secure and pets are welcome free of charge.

Free wifi is available.

The property has great views of Lakes Entrance and is 1.5 kms from shops, restaurants, the beach etc.

The house is spacious and comfortable and children and families are most welcome. A cot, high chair, toys and games are available. Good library.

We provide tea towels, Doonas with covers, and bath mats. You will need to bring your own sheets, pillowslips and towels.

The home is cleaned thoroughly between guests. Check in and check out are contactless.

We are a self catering home and while we provide a few things to get you started you will need your own supplies.

Fishing Getaway

We were after a few nights away to enjoy some fishing in Lakes and this property was great for our needs. Clean, spacious and well appointed, the house was perfect. The owner was great to deal with and prompt with all responses and with the property only minutes from the centre of town, we can’t recommend it highly enough.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house in Lakes Entrance!

Our family stayed at this amazing house over Christmas. The 10 of us stayed here very comfortably, everything you need is included, with beautiful balcony views, spacious bedrooms, big backyard, downstairs play area for the kids, not to mention how clean the house is! The owner Carol is so lovely and accommodating. Thank you Carol for making our stay so comfortable. We hope to be back one day!

Very spacious and cosy, great for families

A lot more spacious than it looks in the photos, house was very cosy and had all the basic things we needed. Owner was responsive to any questions we had. Kids loved the house and didn't want to leave. A few restaurants near by, but we did some cooking at home. Great view to wake up to as well. Definitely a place we would come back to and recommend.

We have always loved Lakes Entrance and enjoy sharing the home and Lakes Entrance with family, friends and guests. We hope to provide a comfortable clean home where all ages can relax.

Why they chose this property

This is a big comfortable home to relax in. Nothing flash but it has all you need for a great family or group holiday. Everyone can be comfortable, we love being here with our family including kids from 2 to 18.
We especially love the views and the multiple areas in the house so everyone can have a space but come together to eat or relax.

What makes this property unique

Views are great. Love spending time on the balcony watching the ever changing ocean and the views of Lakes Entrance.
There is also a verandah and a secure rear garden providing shade and a welcome green space for outdoor play or relaxing.
The two kitchens enable catering for a larger group and two areas both with their own bedrooms, kitchen, lounge, and bathroom make it ideal for two families to share.
