Spacious 3 bedroom, 2 stories, modern apartment to sleep 8 people comfortably with 2 bathrooms.
Open plan kitchen, lounge, and dining area. 3 bedrooms comprise of 2 queen beds, 1 double, and 1 bunk. All bedrooms have built-in robes, a main bathroom with shower, bath and vanity area, laundry facilities, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee pod machine (guests to supply own pods) and ample kitchen items.
2 outdoor entertainment areas with bbq facilities and beautiful views.
Absolute ideal location for a hot summer holiday. Relax and enjoy endless hours on your private balcony or by the complex pool, enjoy a family bbq, and get away from all the hustle and bustle of city living. When out and about enjoy; water sports, fishing, golfing, horse riding, arts and crafts, fine food and great local wine.

Location: Situated in Links Lady Bay one of SA's premier golf precincts.
Bed Configuration: Sleeps 8 (3 bed/2 bath) 2 queens, 1 double, and 1 bunk.

Cleaning: A Cleaner will be hired on your behalf, and will be incorporated into the rental fee.
Bedding: All duvets and duvet covers are provided, all mattress protectors are provided, and all pillows are provided.
Linen: Sheets and towels are not provided; guests must supply their own, OR Guests can hire linen packages through our Ray White Normanville office. (Prior ordering is essential)
Each pack contains the following items and can be ordered to suit bedding configuration and guest numbers: Top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, bath towel, hand towel, bath mat face washer, and T-towel

The only big issue was lounge tv old and no channel 7 to watch footy only in bedroom U can watch .frypan needs updating .for how much it cost bedding should be supplied.

super chilled

great spot, great for the kids, poochies and adults. Pool table, swimming pool, kangaroos, golf. not far from the beach, Normy and second valley. Has all the things you need except maybe WiFi( but in hindsight it was good to see the kids making up stuff instead of youtube, gaming etc) Highly recommended.

Gorgeous house, views and memories

Such a lovely house with great views across the golf course. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck watching the wildlife, especially at sunset. The pool table set up in the carport provided a great deal of entertainment too. We'll be back! Thanks Scott and Katie.
