Second Floor walkup Flat in the front of the Building looking over Taylor Street “Little Italy” a busy restaurant row. try Rosebud, Peanut Park Trattoria,Tuscany or Chez Joel for dinner and a host of lunch spots. Breakfast at Staxx and Sweet Maple Cafe.

Apartment 2F has 3 Bedrooms all with Queen beds and 2 baths the master bedroom bath is attached.

The neighborhood is sandwiched between UIC University of Illinois at Chicago and the Illinois Medical Center which brings Taylor Street it’s foot traffic. It’s a leafy community with many Parks, Churches, Schools and Families a true Neighborhood and My Neighborhood for 30 years,

Super clean, great location

Super clean place in a interesting neighborhood. Great place. Excellent furnishings. Comfortable beds. We spent a lot of time in downtown Chicago but I wished we had more time to investigate the local neighborhood more.

Perfect!

The apartment was clean, well-stocked and very comfortable. The location was perfect for close proximity to restaurants, shops, and coffee/tea shops. I would definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyed everything about this property.

Our family had a very nice stay. Clean and comfortable. There are lots of great places to eat right outside your door. Excellent location for seeing Chicago.

Awesome place in Little Italy

John was a great communicator. Plenty of amenities. Good beds and lots of towels. Love the washer and dryer availability. Great location for buses and pink line. Bring your ear plugs if you need quiet on the weekends. ;)

Bella Villa was a perfect property for my family’s trip. Everything was just as described and the location was a great option for us. Travel between the property and our excursions was simple and on-site parking was definitely a plus!

fantastic stay

great price with parking in a GREAT neighborhood. We were not bothered by the music from the bar. that may be worse in the summer, but zero issue for us in March.people we were visiting all could not believe what a great deal it is.The candy jar was a very nice touch. zero problems and the owner (John) was excellent to work with.

Wonderful Stay!

The accommodations were spotless and well-maintained, with all the essentials provided. It was also thoughtfully stocked with nice extras making it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect for enjoying the holiday festivities in the city, with plenty of restaurants just a short walk away. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the city!

In town for an event, the amenities and neighbourhood were very nice, the only down side was the noise considering that a we had early morning obligations

Book it!

This property was amazing. It was clean and fully stocked with toiletries and basic necessities. The check in and check out was easy and the host was easy to communicate with. The apartment itself is very comfy and updated. The location is ideal with plenty of food options right outside the front door and a grocery store just a short walk. We used public transportation to explore all Chicago offers and the bus stop is right on Taylor St. You won't regret booking this place! walk away. It is

Great place in Little Italy

This was a fantastic find. Loved the area - let’s hear it for yummy Italian food! The unit was well stocked with everything a guest might need. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Property in the Middle of Everything

We loved the property and its proximity to the city! This is a bustling area with a lot of businesses and foot traffic from the college, but this property is still quiet and cozy….will stay here again!

Great Spot

Super clean and comfy 3 bedroom for a family of 6 travelling (grandparents, parents, and kids). Very clean, very well stocked. Super safe neighbourhood with good safe transit to downtown very easy. Some great restaurants very close (Peanut Park was a hidden gem). Strong recommendation. Great value and a clean safe and fun time for all ages.

Beautiful property!

Three of us stayed for 3 nights at this beautiful apartment and it was wonderful! Super clean and organized, but still very warm and welcoming. Communication with owner was easy and timely. Great neighborhood with lots of food, and within a 15min walk to public transit which was super helpful. Highly recommend!
