Beautiful in town, country getaway with Mountain View’s and serene setting. Private quiet neighborhood for the perfect vacation! This home is situated 15 minutes from the beach, next door to 200+ wineries and 10 minutes from the beautiful town of San Luis Obispo. There is something for everyone; beach, hiking, shopping & wine tasting. Our home is ultra clean, matresses are memory foam and attention to detail is our goal! The house has two full kitchens, two full living rooms and all on over an acre of space. Plenty of decks with two fire pits, one gas and one natural wood will make your evenings enjoyable.

Great place

Had a great time with the family, nice view lots of room and outside seating areas, even included two very friendly barn cats that the kids loved!

The Pictures Don't Do It Justice!!!

Absolutely fantastic stay! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away. The home was spotless and beautifully decorated, with plenty of space for our entire group. We especially loved the outdoor patio, where we spent evenings gathered around the fire pit. Not to mention, they have 2 resident cats who absolutely stole everyone's hearts! We couldn't have asked for a better experience and we would love to stay with Laureen again in the future!

Getaway weekend

The property was in a wonderful location and the website's description was "spot on." The communication and required transactions were seamless. We would most definitely consider this home for any future trips to the area.

Wonderful home in a beautiful location!

This home was the perfect spot for our family to be together for the holiday! Plenty of space inside and out. The deer and wildlife that roamed amazed us all...ages 6-46! We just loved it here and hope to make this our “go to” rental when we visit our daughter at Cal Poly! Thank you!!!

Family Fun

Property exceeded my expectations! We had a family wedding in the area so my sister and I stayed here with our families. The kids enjoyed the outside games while we caught up on the upper deck. It was so relaxing and peaceful. Owner was quick to reply to my questions and very accommodating.

Relaxing getaway

Truly enjoyed our stay. The home is lovely, located in an established neighborhood with a country feel. We had neighbors but once in the house, on the deck and in the backyard, they felt far away since the lots are so big. A perfect in-between location, very close to the 101 and 41, allowing for an easy and scenic drive to Morro Bay and Cambria, or up the 101 to Paso Robles. Had an amazing dinner in Atascadero at the Nautical Cowboy. Home was clean, cozy and the kitchen had everything we needed. The barn cats were a delight, as were the deer who made frequent visits to the yard to hang out. The owner was very responsive. Would stay there again!

Spacious, Comfortable Home / Quiet Neighborhood

My wife and I stayed with our son, daughter-in-law, two granddaughters and our daughter and son-in-law for one weekend at the Central Coast Wine Getaway. We were there for a family wedding which was close by. The home accommodated all eight of us very comfortably. It is spacious with two living areas and two kitchens and a wonderful, large outdoor space. On the top floor, there’s a nice deck and on the bottom a patio that extends from the lower living area. The lot is spacious, probably over an acre, and the home was very comfortable and private. The kitchen(s) were well stocked, and although we only cooked for breakfast, it would have been easy to prepare an evening meal in either kitchen. Also, the top deck has a great gas BBQ and gas fire pit. Our granddaughters’ loved “being in the country” and were especially happy when a doe and her two fawns wandered across the yard. Also, views from the deck are fantastic. A Smart n Final grocery store is about a 5 minute drive - so very easy to pick up provisions. Finally, owner Laureen was prompt, professional and friendly in all communications. A first rate experience.

Nice get away

The home easily accommodated 7 adults. We had originally thought that my daughter and her family would be able to join us which would have made it a party of 10. They were not able to join us which was actually a good thing because it would have meant that they were sleeping on the couches. We had a minor issue with the toilet seat disengaging from the toilet due to broken plastic screws and Laureen responded immediately. We were a little surprised to see cats on the porch as one of our guests is allergic to cats. I must have missed that on the property description. They remained outdoors and it was fine. Overall, it is a nice property and great for a family.

Second time staying at this Atascadero house. We stayed at this beautiful home for two days. This was a relaxing stay to wind down with family and enjoy the surroundings.

Great Stay

My family thoroughly enjoyed the house. It was conveniently located, Covid clean, and had all the necessary amenities. Laureen was a great host - responsive, extremely helpful and very kind. She made our visit memorable and enjoyable. Thank you Laureen!

Wonderful place to stay in Atascadero.

Our family loves this house. During these strange pandemic times, it was nice to see distance relatives in a warm and beautiful setting / home.

Great stay but....

This home was great, plenty of space in and outside the home. 10 of us stayed here and we all fit comfortably. The kids enjoyed playing outside around the property. The house was very clean. Communication with Laureen was great, she got back to us promptly when we needed something. However, the night before we left we were notified that she double booked during our stay and would need to cancel our last night at the house. The option of canceling the whole trip was given to us; however, we were ready to leave the following morning (with food and car loaded) and canceling the whole trip was not an option for us. Cancelling our last night there put a damper on our trip, but we enjoyed the most we could.

Beautiful setting

We liked the setting. The house is tastefully decorated. Having a kitchen downstairs was a plus for us. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Our group loved the house.

Perfect home for a getaway weekend

The property is large and fits a big group comfortably, and was exactly what the pictures show. Easy drive to SLO and Paso Robles.

This property is like a birdhouse, the ground level design when you pull up leads into a space that is split level and the ground floor turns out to be an upstairs feeling where the living room and kitchen are next to upper level branches of a beautiful oak tree on one side and a large pine on the other side. Straight in from on your on a Hawaiian style overhanging desk you have a beautiful view of deer and a mountain range.
