Host Jose was very responsive to all questions. There is a binder for most info for the property, which was very helpful. Location was perfect for our visit, which was not far from elephant seals and Sensorio, two things our group wanted to check out.

Paso Paradise

Quick getaway for our kids, grandkids and two pets. Didn't have to worry about anything full of amenities from dog supplies (dog kennel/pet food bowels) too kid supples (high chair, playpens and games), the Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook and then some. Plenty of towels and blankets and very clean and well maintained!

Relaxing oasis

We loved this location out in the country away from busy roads but still convenient to town. The space was perfect for our weekend ladies trip and we enjoyed both inside and outdoor spaces. We would definitely book again if our travels bring us back to this area.

Great for big family

Family gathered here for daughter's wedding. It is spacious and guys had fun at the game room. Although it was a bit dusty in there, they had fun. Very spacious living room. Will definitely book this again when we get a chance to visit the wineries nearby.

Great Paso Wine Region House

This review is a bit overdue, but I did want to review our stay to say it was amazing. The host was gracious and communicated super well. The house is exactly as advertised and was a perfect getaway for our friends for a short birthday weekend. Close to plenty of wineries, but also extremely private and quiet. Plenty of entertainment options in the house. Beds were comfortable! Would stay again in a heart beat!

Gilroy Moms

We were celebrating the 70th and 65th birthdays of 2 of members of our Gilroy Moms group, which has been together for 22 years. There were 10 of us, and we had a wonderful time. There were enough beds & towels for everyone, as well as a complete kitchen with everything we need to make a wonderful, homemade Mexican dinner. We enjoyed the hot tub and watched a Netflix movie. I was very comfortable and enjoyable for everyone.

TLDR: The house was such a disappointment that we left after one night. For the hosts credit, we did get a partial refund. The issues: - Couches smell like urine and covered in ugly seat covers not pictured on listing. - Patio furniture pictured on listing is not there. There was a heap of broken equipment and fencing in the yard. The screen door had the screen ripped open. - None of the rugs pictured in the listing are in the home. Instead the floors are all cold concrete. The house feels incredibly sterile and not at all homelike. - The kitchen is small and there was no handle on the oven to safely open/close it - The “game room” is old game equipment in a dirty garage. The pool table is full of stains. I can’t imagine any adult choosing to spend time in that space. - Several of the beds were uncomfortable with cheap linens.Overall the home lacks in cleanliness, comfort, and utility. The house is due for a deep clean and financial investment to improve the quality of this listing.

Great House

The house is great, from the game tables and extra refrigerator in the garage to the convinence of laundry. the kids had a great time in the hot tubs, yes there are 2 hot tubs, while we were barbecuing in the back yard. There is a nice table and folding table to have meals in the back yard.. I don't remember the last time I had marks on my face when waking up, the bed in the master bedroom is amazing. The golf course is right there, so you get a nice view.

We had a great time! Beautiful house with comfy beds. It was great having the double spas so we could set them by preference. We are already talking about visiting Paso again and this house will be on our list!

This house is perfect for a fun get-a-way. Nine of us stayed for a girlfriend’s birthday. It It was easy access to the vineyards. I can also see this house as great for families. Plenty of beds and entertainment at the house, ping pong table, football etc. Host was very accommodating.

Great place!

We rented this house out for a quick family vacation with a baby and two dogs. The house was in a great location and plenty of space for all of us with a homey feeling. The floors were a little sticky, but everything else was great! The host is very responsive and accommodating. I would recommend this home!

Getaway with friends

This home was perfect for my group of friends. The home is located off of a residential dirt road and faces the airport golf course. The check in process was simple due to the home having a dial pad on the front door. This was nice because I could group chat the code and all the guests could come and go without worrying about a key. The home itself is clean and spacious. One of my favorite parts was the large dining room table, we had some good laughs while playing cards of humanity. There are many game options located under the entertainment stand. The hot tubs were a huge hit as well. Walmart delivery also delivers out to this location which made it incredibly easy to get water and food to have at the house, without having to stop on the way to check in. Everyone in our group had a great time. This house is definitely worth booking. Jose communicated with me over the VRBO app and was available every time I messaged him. It was nice to know that he was invested in making our stay as good as it could be.
