Nearby of the Eiffel tower, this wonderful 2 bedroom apartment is ideally located to visit or live in Paris.
Main touristic sites and monuments are walking distance or easily accessible by metro or bus :

10 minutes walk to the Eiffel tower, champs de mars and the river seine with its“bateaux mouches”which cruise along the seine.
10 minutes walk to the excellent shopping center “beaugrenelle”

You will enjoy our apartment if you are looking at living the typical Parisian lifestyle with restaurants nearby, brasseries, cafés, bakeries, food stores, shopping streets and also the famous open food markets at la motte picquet twice a week, banks, pharmacy, etc… everything is there to make your life enjoyable and interesting.
Our apartment was completely renovated and decorated in 2015.

Large living room with sofa bed (where two additional guests can sleep) and a flat screen TV. This room opens to the private terrace
The dining room and the kitchen open onto the living room.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed. It has a large storage spaces and tv.

Incredible experience

Wow, what a trip. It’s not often that you have high expectations and they are highly exceeded. Jocelyne Haven of Peace provides everything one needs. It was a spotlessly clean, spacious property that has all the amenities for our family of 3. The 2 large floors and 2 1/2 bathrooms provided us and our 16 year old granddaughter with privacy and comfort. The garden gave us a beautiful scenic view.Jocelyne was the perfect host!! She is a charming, professional host who was always available to help and provide us with helpful suggestions. Her restaurant recommendations were outstanding. We ate at nearly all of them.The 15th arrondissement is a perfect area for shopping and restaurants. There are 2 convenient metros within blocks of the house. We used the metro exclusively for the 8 days.We strongly recommend this property and we will undoubtedly return soon!Thank you Jocelyne

Modern, Clean, Nicely Appointed Garden Apartment

My husband, teenage son and I just returned home from a lovely stay here. The spacious apartment is exactly as described and is remarkably quiet, despite being in the heart of the 15th and a mere 2-3 minute walk from three major subway lines. A convenient and delightful retreat.

High expectations met in every way.

Communication prior to our stay and while en route was excellent. Access to the facility was granted immediately upon our arrival. Cleanliness of the facility was excellent. Location within Paris was excellent; close to shops, restaurants, and metro. Everything referenced in the VRBO listing was as advertised; zero disappointment. I would book again without even looking at another location should I return to Paris.

Place is amazing - will stay here again

The place is so nicely redone, access is great. On the first floor but quiet. Everything works well. Near two metro lines (8,10) and the Rue du Commerce us a very cute shopping Street with a nice little Park. There is a Carrefour City on the block. Place couldn't be nicer or more convenient. Jocelyne is a wonderful owner and nearby if you need anything. The AC is legit central air with lots of control panels thru out the place.

Comfortable, clean, bright, stylish

The apartment was very comfortable and in a wonderful neighborhood for walking and eating. Even though there were many people and families on the main Street at the cafes and shops, the apartment which is on a side street was very quiet. Jocelyn was extremely helpful in providing information and went out of her way to help us when we needed it. We ate a few times at a restaurant which was a 3 minute walk from the apartment and bought pastries from the bakery down the street. Both we would go to again! I highly recommend Haven of Peace for a wonderful stay in Paris.

Truly Haven of Peace for Family Life in Paris

Jocelyne made our stay here truly a haven of peace. Fully as described.... Well located home with all modern and new appliances, furniture and decoration. Comfortable 2.5 bathrooms (3 toilets). Super secure building with dual security. Well illuminated. Its a house in the city with backyard lawn. The neighborhood is very friendly and has many great local bakeries (Eric Kayser), restaurants (Le Veraison is our favorite), modern small grocery store a few doors away, pharmacies, the Orange mobile ph. store for your SIM card, fruit stands, Sushi place for carry out, Metro stations nearby. The local park - Square Saint-Lambert - was awesome for our 2.5 years old granddaughter. From there we did Uber everywhere in the city. Everything works as expected. Ms Mardon is very professional and also friendly; always available, but not in your way. She lives in a nearby house. Great Experience. Highly recommended.

Per the name, Haven of Peace it is. It has my highest recommendation.

Jocelyne is a kind, friendly and helpful host with a beautiful apartment. It was spacious (remember, this is Paris), with an open floor plan over two levels. The whole apartment was fitted to a very high, modern standard, as nice as we have seen in Paris over many years. With two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a WC, there are plenty of facilities. There is a pullout bed in the living area that we did not use, but could easily sleep two more people with some level of privacy from the bedrooms. The kitchen was a true “cuisine américaine” with even an ice maker in the freezer, unseen in most Parisian apartments. An efficient and well selected array of cookery with plenty of cooking/eating utensils, glasses, bowls, plates, etc. If I had one complaint, it was not the availability of food preparation knives, but the sharpness. Other than the serrated blade knife, they were generally dull and did not sharpen well with the provided sharpening wand. That said, it is still well above most cooking experiences we have had. The apartment has the typical combo washer/dryer. Still, efficient and easy to use. Also, a very rare French feature, forced-air HVAC … yes, heat AND cold. Additionally, there are separate compressors for 4 areas of the apartment so you can adequately control the heat/cold in any part of the apartment. A true highlight was the glass enclosed sun room that extended the space into a quiet and private courtyard shared only with Jocelyne’s home. It adds light and space and provides a lovely space to relax in. The only challenge is that, when cold out, heat is readily lost through the glass and requires that you use the effective heating system more than you might otherwise. A vent exits into this space. The area is, as Jocelyne put it, “authentique”. Well located with plenty of high end shops and markets, from a Carrefour City down the street to a large and complete Monoprix less than a 10 minute walk. The area is replete with boucheries, boulangeries and cave à vins very close by. Jocelyne has very kindly put together a book of useful information of all kinds. You will find very few tourists this part of the 15th Arr. (a real highlight), but it is a short 15+ minute walk to Tour Eiffel/Champ de Mars and only minutes to Metro stops for lines 6, 8, and 10 that will whisk you to anywhere in Paris you may want to go. Although, if you are familiar with Paris, you may not want to leave the arrondissement. There is plenty here.

We were a group of of two couples over 65. The bedrooms, bathrooms (2 full and a lavette), and closets were all perfect for our 10 day stay. Kitchen, dishwasher, cooktop all available with plenty of utensils. There were 3 Metro station in close proximity. Neighborhood bistros were convenient. Washing machine was good, but needed to air dry clothes. Would highly recommend. Very nice person in charge!

Wonderful apartment in great area

Jocelyne is a wonderful person to deal with, very helpful and informative. The apartment was very clean with all the amenities required, near metros and restaurants. The sun room was great to sit in. We would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful trip

Great location! Quiet, with shopping and everything you need nearby. The apartment was beautiful. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I traveled with my 3 children and there was plenty of space. Jocelyne was terrific! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

A Perfect Haven for our Paris Olympic Stay

We had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful home during the Olympics in Paris, and it couldn't have been more perfect. The location is ideal—close enough to the heart of the city to easily enjoy all the sights, but far enough to immerse ourselves in the local charm and tranquility. The home was exceptionally well-equipped and comfortably accommodated our party of three. Jocelyne, our host, was incredibly welcoming and attentive. She communicated with us seamlessly from the moment we booked and throughout our stay. Her recommendations for nearby restaurants, cafes, and markets were spot on, adding to our overall experience. The proximity to metro stations made exploring the city effortless, allowing us to enjoy all the Olympic events and the city’s offerings without any hassle. This home truly made our visit special, and we would definitely stay here again. We deeply appreciate Jocelyne’s warm hospitality and the perfect Parisian experience she provided.

Truly a Gem in Paris!

Exactly as shown in the pictures. It is spacious, has a full kitchen and modern layout. It was a bit chilly so we never sat outside but the sunroom felt like we were outside and was bright. The location was excellent, in a more residential area while still being close to the Metro and all major tourist sites. We went to local markets too. Good for family or 2 couples. Very quiet while being close to shops and restaurants. Jocelyn the owner was very helpful and good communication. She was there when we arrived and took us through the property. Truly a gem!

Wonderful location!

We loved staying in this flat in the 15th eme - perfect location - close to metro stops and Tour de Eiffel but not touristy. Great boulangeries and cafes right around the corner. Would stay here again!

Great location

Loved our stay in Paris. It's, at the same time, both close to tourist attractions and away from the tourist sites in a quiet neighborhood where the locals live. Lots of shopping nearby as well as restaurants. Loved the small City market just down the block where we could pick up food essentials

Lovely stay

Host was very helpful and always timely with communication. Neighborhood was not in the heart of a tourist area, but the three different metro lines within minutes walk made getting everywhere easy. Apartment was clean. Stylish and well stocked for cooking if you choose. Only caution is that the stairs down to the 2nd bedroom and bath are rather steep, so caution if you plan on staying with small children. Also, the downstairs bedroom and bath have no windows, so might be a problem for some….not an issue for us as the rooms were well lit. I would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Stay!

Jocelyne was a great host and communicated very well! The location was so close to shops, restaurants and the metro. The space was amazing for my family of 5 and my parents. The 2 bedrooms and pull out sofa helped fit all of us. The kitchen had all the utensils and dishes needed for us and the 3 bathrooms were so nice! I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again!

Cozy and Clean Haven of Peace

First of all, Jocelyne was amazing to work with. Her apartment is beautiful and the hot shower with amazing pressure was a plus after a long day of walking. We loved being close to the Eiffel Tower and being within walking distance to so many cafes. It was just a lovely apartment in an excellent location.

Fabelhaft!

Eine sehr schöne und gepflegte Wohnung in sympathischer Lage mit Geschäften und gemütlichen Restaurants. Fußläufig zum Eiffelturm! Mehrere Metrostationen zur Auswahl. Wir haben mit unseren drei Kindern den Aufemthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss, sehr ruhig, mit Zugang zum Garten mitten in Paris. Auf der Terasse lässt es sich wunderbar frühstücken. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Alles sehr gemütlich und neu ausgestattet. Joycelyne, die Vermieterin, ist außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie wohnt direkt am anderen Ende des Gartens, immer erreichbar, dabei aber nicht aufdringlich. Diese Unterkunft ist nun unsere Nummer eins in Paris!
