Verkovich Apartment 1 is a brand new apartment with modern and design furniture. It is located in the most central and popular part of Plovdiv – Kapana District, great location for exploring all the historical places on foot! It will suit well couples, families as well as business travelers.

The apartment features a big living room with a kitchen, one bedroom, a bathroom and a terrace. The entire apartment is fully accessible with everything in it. The living room comes with a comfortable extended sofa, which provides sleeping space of 154/200 cm. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, oven, induction hob, toaster and coffee machine. The bedroom has a king size bed 160/200 cm with ergonomic mattress. The terrace with its 50 sq.m. is a nice place for enjoying your coffee or cocktails!
I have one more apartment on the 2nd floor – Verkovich Apartment II, so both can fit up to 8 persons.
