Comfort On Crouch is located directly within Mount Gambier CBD with supermarket and best coffee shop in town only a two minute walk away. This renovated house has three bedrooms, all with Queen beds, electric blankets and extra pillows.

This is a luxurious and comfortable, well appointed home away from home. It has been tastefully decorated, quality bed linen and towels are supplied. With Private Courtyard for those beautiful Summer days.

RENOVATED WITH ALL NEW/WELL MAINTAINED APPLIANCES AND FURNISHINGS

The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, microwave, full size fridge and freezer, kettle, toaster, tea coffee, sugar and coffee capsule machine. Comfort on Crouch is fully equipped with pots and pans. Everything you need to cook and serve a meal. There is also a folding table with chairs to use as an extra kitchen table.

The lounge room has a very comfortable lounge suite and two recliners. A 55" LCD TV Smart TV connected to internet, including NETFLIX. Split system air conditioner and heater to keep you warm and cool. A digital photo display that shows off our beautiful Mt Gambier and surrounding areas and a desk is also set up for those times you need to still work.

Master bedroom has a Queen size bed, built in cupboards with hangers and electric blanket

Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed hanging space and a tallboy, and electric blanket. Also a portable aircon/heater for extra comfort.

Bedroom 3 has a Queen size bed hanging space and a tallboy and electric blanket. Also a portable aircon/heater for extra comfort.

Laundry is located outside, at the side of the house next to colour bond fence. It has a washing machine and clothes dryer and also has a second toilet. Washing liquid, an iron and ironing board are supplied.

Bathroom shower and a bath with shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and soap supplied.

You want to have a wonderful holiday and we want that for you too. This is your home for however long you are staying and we hope you will be relaxed, comfortable and happy.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No loud music after 11pm. If house rules are not complied with, rubbish left inside, an extra cleaning fee of $20 will apply.
Any spillages on bedding that require extra laundry will incur a $100 fee. Oven/stove not cleaned after use then an extra $50 cleaning fee will apply.
Ensure remote controls for all aircon and TV are returned. Failure to ensure all remotes are with applicable units will incur a $60 fee to replace

Why they chose this property

I fell in love with Crouch Street property in early 2000 and successfully purchased this property in July 2012. A very large block that has two houses, which I have separated with a colour bond fence for privacy. Both houses are available for short term accommodation - Comfort on Crouch and Comfort behind Crouch. They are available for group bookings and the gate between the properties can be left unlocked.

What makes this property unique

Comfort on Crouch is in a unique location, 2 minute walk to CBD, Woolworths supermarket, 24 hour service station, hotels and main street.
Freshly renovated in October 2019, travelers have the benefit of a very clean & modern house.
