Lovely home, very spacious, comfortable beds, and clean. Very nice area to walk around. Restaurants within walking distance. The parking was a little difficult to find since you had to go down an alley that isn't easily visible on the first try. Once you figure it out, it's very convenient right behind the unit.

Just perfect! A wonderful place with a warm and friendly vibe, and a great location to boot. Teresa and Victor are also great hosts. Definitely hope to stay here again when we return to Seattle!

We had a brilliant stay - the pictures are very accurate and the place was spotlessly clean. It's right next to a busy road but was surprisingly very quiet inside. It did also mean that the bus stops downtown were super convenient. Plenty places nearby to eat and drink as well as a grocery store and gas station. There was a problem with the washer/dryer but was fixed. Our hosts couldn't have been more helpful. Highly recommend a stay here!

What a great place to stay! We used the city bus to go downtown and visited Pikes Market. Easy to and from. Also walked to local grocery for our evening snacks. Location is great and home is beautiful ans well kept!

Fourth of July get away

Let me just saw this was one of the better vacations we’ve been on. Location to downtown 10 mins away. Great food and coffee in walking distance, gas station right on the corner. Other than parking being a little tight and mattress a little soft (to our liking) the place was great. Host contacted us a couple of times to make sure our stay was relaxing and our needs were being met. We will definitely save this location for any future Seattle trips in the future. 9/10 rating

Fantastic location

Teresa’s place was perfect for our time in Seattle! Walking distance to the zoo and easy to get downtown. She made sure we had everything we needed. The place was very clean and the comfiest beds of any VRBO we’ve stayed at! We highly recommend staying at Teresa’s place the next time you’re in Seattle!

Great place for girls' trip

Five stars all around! This vacation rental truly impressed us. The decor was stylish and well-thought-out, creating a wonderful atmosphere. The level of cleanliness was outstanding, and we appreciated the abundance of amenities provided. The location is a major plus, with restaurants and, crucially, a coffee shop within easy walking distance. The host was super communicative, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience from start to finish, including easy check-in and check-out. A standout for one of my friends was the lack of expectation for pre-departure housekeeping, a refreshing change! We also had a minor issue that was addressed immediately and efficiently.Finally, the guest binder with its helpful and humorous instructions was a delightful and memorable touch. We highly recommend this rental!

綺麗で立地も良いコテージ

今回大型のSUV車をレンタルしたため、施設の駐車場への出し入れに苦労した。施設は綺麗で清潔感もありまた、備品も十分に備わっていた。立地も良く目的地へのアクセスも良かった。

A perfect stay!

Might be my favorite vacation rental stay ever. A beautiful, well-equipped house, comfy beds and really kind & helpful owners made it so. The beautiful Seattle weather and flowers in peak bloom also helped!

Spring Seattle Stay

Very nice and clean property. Easy check-in and excellent communication from the host. Easily walkable to shops in Fremont and the Zoo. Quiet despite being on a main road.

Great, family-friendly spot!

We spent 3 days in Seattle at the start of our spring break; this house was perfect for our family of 5. One slept on the couch/pull out while girls shared a bed and we got a room, too. Kitchen was really nice, clean and had all we needed. Check-out in particular was one of the easiest we've had (very little to do, although we always try to do all we can for hosts). Appliances and amenities were newer and easy to use. Dedicated parking was a PLUS. I thought the alley would be tricky to navigate with a big SUV, but we could easily get in/out. Thanks for a great trip!

City Haven II was built in response to the positive feedback we received from the original City Haven (no longer an active listing).

These homes are part of a love story that started back in 2004 when I purchased this house. The following year, my now husband moved from New York and bought the house next door. When we met, I asked him to move his garbage cans out of my driveway. But soon I started asking him to salsa dancing. And then he asked me to dinner. We fell in love! The man who bought the house next door married the girl next door (me!). Two kids and a few years later, we kept the homes a rentals and moved a few blocks North.

I left my job at Microsoft and we started buffing, remodeling, scraping and decorating these homes we've come to love. City Haven II is the result of a recent remodel that's turned this old 1920's Craftsman into a modern beauty with period charm.

We're Team Simon and our whole family works to make this a place you'll love to call home for a while. We love it! And we hope you'll love it, too.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We bought this home for the same reason you'll want to stay here.... close to Green Lake (swimming, paddle boats, golf)! Close to the Zoo (animals, outdoor summer concerts)! Grocery store 3 blocks away (last minute wine and snacks)! Right next to the express bus to downtown and close to all the great restaurants in Fremont (cook, schmook... let's go out to eat)! It's the perfect centralized hub to live like a local while still being close to everything the downtown area has to offer. Home away from home!
