No issues our host was an agent, picked up key from a drop box and returned it the same way. Amenities were in good condition no issues, short walk to beach and gated area for my Dachshund.Improvement suggestion a small deck/ porch at entry. but we managed just fine

The house was very comfortable and has everything as described. The only it should really have is a Dishwasher.
