Great place close to everything!

Beautiful place in a historic area of Dunedin. Close to everything. We stayed to be close to family who live in the area. Great bathroom and kitchen access. Suzie was an incredibly responsive communicator, and offered suggestions for places to eat etc. would stay again.

Cool apartment in downtown Dunedin

Great location within easy walking distance to many places. Apartment was great. Well stocked kitchen. All amenities you would need. The weather was pretty bad so we didn't make as much use of the roof deck and hot tub as we had hoped, but definitely would be great in the summer to have that outdoor space. It would have been nice to have assigned parking, but it was typically fairly easy to find street parking nearby.

Fabulous spot for an intimate celebration

I decided to do something special for my birthday, and spend a night in a luxurious location with a couple of close friends. The Bond St Apartment was perfect! So beautiful, with high quality fixtures, everything we needed, and gorgeous lighting and touches. The spa on the roof was a highlight, as was the gorgeous rain shower. The location was amazing, and access was easy. If you are looking for a wonderful location to indulge yourself, this is the perfect spot. Communicating with Suzie was a breeze, and we now have fabulous memories of a very special celebration.

Stunning place.

This apartment was lovely!! The location was perfect for getting around the central city. The apartment was beautifully equipped for cooking. A gorgeous rooftop deck with spa!! Very comfortable beds and great bathrooms. So nice to have instructions for all of the appliances rather than having to try to figure things out.Parking was a bit complicated. I would highly recommend this accommodation. So lovely and comfortable.

Quick overnight works out perfectly at Bond Street

Upon arrival and throughout our stay Suzie was very accessible to assist With any questions we had. We were arriving much later than we had expected. We arrived and the house was immaculate. We loved the tall ceilings. The personal touches. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. Due to our late arrival we were concerned about where to eat and we had a large van to park. Suzie has made some wonderful recommendatioNd for dinner and coffee in the am so we could get our next day started. We did not spend much time in Dunedin. But the location gave us a great night time view of the city and using the hot tub. Wish we had more days. Suzie went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed and answered all questions texts promptly. Thank u for a wonderful stay. Hoping our travels will take us back some day
