¡Bienvenido al corazón de Eureka Springs, Arkansas!
Algunos lo llaman Pequeña Suiza porque es la influencia de una pequeña ciudad europea vista en cada esquina y en cada giro y vuelta.
El peculiar alquiler de estudio estilo Night Owl es completamente nuevo para 2018 y está recién amueblado.
Salga y compre hasta que se caiga o quédese adentro para descansar.
Ubicado sobre las tiendas más frecuentadas de Spring Street en el distrito histórico, no tiene que ir muy lejos para llegar a casa una vez que necesite un descanso, y lo hará.
La relajación es nuestra especialidad. Somos profesionales en relajarse y tomarlo con calma y es probable que se lo merezca.
Amueblado con una nueva calidad de camas Queen size, esta habitación bien decorada será un placer muy apreciado después de un día de caminar por las aceras sinuosas de "cambio de siglo" o caminar por nuestros senderos.
Un baño completo y una cocina repleta de todas las comodidades del hogar.
Encuentra escondites secretos, nuestra forma de hacerte sentir malcriado e invirtiendo en tu regreso temprano al "Nido".

Nice place

It was clean, large and nicely decorated. Hostess answered questions quickly. Great location. The stairs on the side to get to the unit may be hard for some and thought charging for parking was excessive.

Great location!

We stayed for a concert at the Aud. Walking distance from everything downtown. Very cute decor. Be sure to get groceries before parking.; there's no walking-distance place to get regular supplies, and parking during busy periods can be tricky. As the owners note, the walls are thin. You hear everything during the day from street and stores below as well as nearby Apts. But night is quiet and restful. We'd definitely stay there again.

Perfect location, comfortable, clean, and quirky!

We did a couples trip this weekend for Mardi Gras weekend; parade started right outside this location. We parked the car, and didn't move it all weekend long - you can walk anywhere and find something fun to do, shop or eat! Apartment itself was very comfortable, with plenty of space for 4 adults, and super comfy beds and pillows. Easy check-in and check-out. The Pac-Man arcade game was a blast, and brought us back to our 80's roots! We are planning on coming back next year! Thanks so much, Hannah!

Night Owl Review

Clean and comfortable. Quaint and cozy. Loved having a kitchen and spacious bathroom. Expect to take some stairs. Over all a great place to stay if you want something on the loop!

Convenient Location

This property is in the perfect spot, walking distance to all the shopping. I would say this property is super motorcycle friendly, for the area. There is reserved parking in a flat lot!

Take me back

This place was amazing, the pictures do not do it justice. Way bigger than I thought, and I loved the wood flood. You could feel the history of the building even though the apartment has a working Pac-Man machine. We stayed over the St.Patty weekend. The parade went right by the apartment, such a fun time. About the only one draw back was that, there is reserved parking in the back of the building but we didn't find that out until our last night. Parking on the street wasnt an issue, so we didn't mind. We will be back again.

Great location and cozy stay

The location was the perfect spot. We really enjoyed being within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants. After a long day of shopping and other various activities, the property was perfect for unwinding and relaxing. One night we had a family game night after an exciting day. The other night we chilled with some movies and pizza.

Great girls getaway-parked the car and never used it. Easy walking to quaint shops, restaurant options and beautiful historic downtown. Appreciated accurately of property description. Enjoyed a restorative 3 days of fall colors in the Ozarks.

I brought my kids here as a last minute summer getaway. The location is perfect! We were able to walk everywhere and they didn't get tired. The shop owner greeted us every morning. My son loved it so much he didn't want to leave! Thank you so much for the stay!

Easy Walking Property

Super easy walking distance to pretty much anything downtown you’d like to do. Clean bathrooms and bedrooms. We were there holiday weekend so parking on the side streets was a bit of an issue, but not unexpected. Right across the street from a coffee shop/ tap room which was great in the morning and afternoon respectively!

Before I start this review, I want to make it clear that I would absolutely stay here again. First, the good: The location is absolutely perfect; it's just far away from most of the live music venues that you can't hear them from the apartment, and just close enough to make walking nearly anywhere downtown fun and convenient. The place is an entire apartment, complete with two bedrooms, a kitchen, a nice living room, a roomy kitchen, and a bathroom sink large enough and with enough outlets to allow two people to get ready at once. The assigned parking spot is also a huge plus, as parking in Eureka can make you want to pull out your hair. The beds are comfortable, and there is a closet in each room so you can hang up your clothes. Overall, we really enjoyed this place. The PacMan arcade cabinet was broken, and it would have been fun to play it, but that was made clear in the information when we booked it. The only complaints I have involve cleanliness. The toilet had obviously not been cleaned, as there was a ring around the inside. The bathtub caulk was a bit moldy, including pink mold, which is easily removed with a quick bleach wipedown. There were several dead bees on the floors, which leads me to believe it had not been swept. Finally, because tenants are responsible for washing their own dishes, there were bits of food stuck to the plates and glasses. These issues were all easily resolved; I just wiped out the bathtub and re-washed the dishes. All in all, a great time.
