A Yachtsman's Paradise - Modern Deep Waterfront Property. Fabulous boating facilities puts this home in a category with only a handful of others. Amenities include a slipway , jetty & pontoon- perfect for any sea lover. The waterfront swimming pool is delightful and couldn't be in a more peaceful setting. Breathtaking views span Pittwater and offer a glorious backdrop. Light, bright, immaculate interiors with open plan living areas flowing to the large terrace overlooking the water.

A second living area downstairs. Accommodation comprises of four bedrooms, Top floor hosts the main bedroom with king bed and ensuite, one queen bedroom and bathroom. Downstairs is a bunkroom with 3 sets of bunks perfect for kids. Fourth bedroom has a queen bed. 3rd bathroom and laundry. Plenty of parking.
