With Pacific Ocean views, a magnesium heated pool, large lawn and multiple outdoor entertaining areas, this home is designed to bring people together whilst allowing plenty of space to cater to everyone’s needs.
The space
The HOME:

The home consists of THREE SEPERATE LIVING SPACES totalling 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and a powder room, allowing for a sense of togetherness without feeling on top of each other.

The MAIN HOME consists of 4 bedrooms; three downstairs with a large shared bathroom, and the fourth upstairs as the master suite and ensuite. In addition, there is a reading room with ensuite upstairs, which can be turned into another queen bedroom with fold out lounge (upon request).

The POOL HOUSE is a completely seperate studio style space, with a small kitchen, living/TV area, open plan bathroom and queen bed.

The STUDIO is another completely seperate bedroom/living space. Located above the main home, the studio offers a luxurious king size bed, ensuite and sitting area, as well as beautiful ocean views.

All bedrooms, with the exception of one, have doors that open onto decks, allowing the sea breeze to find you no matter which part of the villa you're in. In addition, the villa now has REVERSE CYCLE AIR CONDITIONING in all areas of the home, as well as portable fans in each bedroom.

The light and airy KITCHEN is well equipped with quality appliances and all the add ons you would expect from a cooks kitchen. There are plenty of serving platters, plates, cutlery, glassware etc to accomodate large groups. Adjacent to the kitchen is a breakfast banquette area for you to enjoy your morning coffee. There is also a COURTYARD located to the right of the kitchen with seating for 8.

The open LOUNGE & DINING areas on the second floor boast STUNNING ARTWORKS, as well as an enormous 10-12 seater dining table and plenty of lounge space to watch movies on the 75-Inch TV. Additionally, to the right of the dining table are doors that open out onto a large outdoor lounging space where you can enjoy beautiful sea breezes and ocean views at all times of the day & night.

There is also a lounge area on the first floor of the main home, with TV, kids library and toys, comfortable linen lounge, Nintendo and doors that open onto a large deck.

The enormous MAGNESIUM HEATED POOL is set to 27 degrees year round for your comfort. There is also a heated outdoor shower located within the pool area as well as a 3m teak table for warm summer evening dinners by the pool.

The property offers off street parking for 3 cars.

- Villa Aix will consider PETS ON REQUEST.

- The Villa can host up to 14 guests with additional bedding, however 10-12 is a comfortable number for the amenities.
Guests above 12 permitted with pre-approval from management. Additional cost per person/per night applicable.

- We have a strict NO PARTY POLICY.
In saying that - we are open to case by case requests for small scale events up your 20 persons.
Permitted with pre-approval from management only. Additional per person charges will apply.

- For our wonderful RETURNING GUESTS, we are happy to honour the per night amount of your previous stay - as well as an early check in AND late check out.
