Leave the car in the garage for your entire stay.

There is a “see-and-be-seen” front patio, just big enough to enjoy your morning coffee or sunset drinks; while the larger back patio is ideally set up for barbecuing and dining in privacy and comfort.…barbecue included.

The updated kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, glassware, dinnerware, and is ready for prepping family meals and snacks. Original built-in shelving and cupboards blend seamlessly throughout the house for extra storage or organization. The single story front 2 bedroom/2 bath cottage can accommodate up to 6 guests in beds, with a queen bed in the first bedroom; a full/twin bunkbed combo in the second bedroom; and a pullout queen sofabed in the living room. The modern world is well-represented with a flat screen TV in the living room & queen bedroom, along with mandatory WIFI access. Both bathrooms are outfitted with showers.

PARKING: There is one designated parking space in the shared double garage for small/midsize vehicle only. Garage dimensions: 82" H by double wide.

LAUNDRY: Coin-operated laundry facilities are located in the garage and shared with the other units.

The rear, upper 2 bedroom/1 bath unit (sleeps 6) can also be booked simultaneously, when available, to accommodate 12 total guests on the whole property.

Great Vacation Spot

We loved our time here; easy to book and they accommodated our late arrival. Parked our car in the garage and didn't touch it until we left. We rented beach cruisers and rode up and down the boardwalk. We also did an entire day of deep sea fishing. Convenient grocery store a couple of blocks away. Small but never felt cramped. We will be back!

less than ship shaped

The location is good. Access to paddle boarding, bicycling, the beach, and whale watching with reasonable walking distance. Newport Blvd is two-laned and do not have crossing light causing a bit of a concern for crossing especially at night.

Walking distance to market and drug store which is a plus. Garage is a plus- fit mid to small size.

Cute cottage. Comfortable beds. Good for four people. There are a lot of areas in the house that needs fine tuning so that we feel should have been addressed.

Great place, great location

We had a great vacation there with our family of 6.

It was clean and has a great location with all the beach amenities included.

The only downside was it was a little tight for 6 of us (big teenage boys) but we still had a great time.
