For additional context, during your stay we received multiple reports from neighbors regarding late-night disturbances, which resulted in local authorities being called on the first evening. There were also concerns raised about possible gunfire, which was captured on exterior security cameras and contributed to the urgency of the situation. On the second night, a gathering took place at the home that exceeded our occupancy guidelines—well beyond 15 individuals—and did not align with our house rules regarding parties and events. Our team reached out at the time in an effort to address the situation and no corrective action was taken. We aim to provide a safe, respectful environment for both our guests and the surrounding community, and situations like these can unfortunately lead to heightened concerns and tensions.

We're delighted to hear you had a wonderful stay. The pool pump operates on an automated schedule, and when it's off, the spa water level naturally lowers, which is expected and not a cause for concern.
