The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
You can leave any unopened drinks or food but please throw out anything opened or used.
Please take towels to the laundry room.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking or vaping inside the home. $500 fine will be charged.
All pets must be disclosed and paid for prior to arrival.

Everything was just wonderful! Home has a very warm, comfortable feel. Great kitchen for cooking, pool was nice and clean, multiple beds and super comfy. Very well stocked, we had everything we needed. Location was amazing too, close to all conveniences, but quiet country feel with wildlife all around. We would definitely book again for our family reunion. Not a deal breaker for us by any means but would be great if hot tub worked and 4th flex room with couch pull out had a door because we used the room as a bedroom. Overall, one of the best VRBO’s we’ve ever booked.

AMAZING! LOVED everything about this property. Truly home away from home. Needed a place to accommodate our adult children and their significant others for our daughter’s wedding in Round Rock/Georgetown. The home was fully stocked with anything and everything we needed and didn’t realize we needed. The pool was definitely an added plus. Enjoyed this property to the fullest. Highly recommend.

Words can't express how wonderful Ann's home was. She was communicative from a week prior to check-in and responded quickly with any questions we had. Plenty of parking and close by shops and restaurants. Ann had snacks ready for us. Lots of kitchen things we needed. AC worked great! House was kept very cool and the rooms. We hosted my sister's bridal shower here and the guest all loved the home. Of course , all the deers and nature that surrounded the property were great bonuses. The pool was super nice! My daughter loved it!Thank you for opening your home so that we were able to celebrate together as a family! Would definitely recommend to anyone !

We have rented 15+ homes over the past 5+ years, and this has been the best overall experience. The home and property were clean, comfortable, spacious, quiet... AMAZING. And the owner, Ann, was just so gracious and helpful. If we rent in the Austin area, this will be our first and, hopefully, only choice.

Great Property - Read Fine Print

Was a great property overall; however, read the fine print. There was a “property manager” that we didn’t know lived on site until we received the welcome texts regarding how to get into the house, etc. Also, in their book they had at the house, they stated parties must be “pre approved, or will be charged a fee,” even though it says parties are welcome in the listing, with no mention of “pre approvals.” Just be up front and honest with your guests is all I ask. Beautiful home, and great pool time. Pros: pool, kitchen, beds, house is nice, on landCons: property manager on site, none of the speakers in the house actually worked, hidden “rules”

There is not a property manager that lives on site. The is a detached guest house that has one full time tenant that does not have access to the back yard or pool. This is disclosed in the listing details but I always share again. Parties (birthday, anniversary, bachelor and bachelorette) are allowed as long as they are within the 12 max guests allowed on property. If more than 12 will be on property, we do approve with an additional event fee. This is disclosed in the listing as well. I’m not sure what speakers are being referred to.
