'Sunset on Birubi': admite mascotas, aire acondicionado, vistas al agua, WIFI y spa al aire libre

A solo un tiro de piedra de la playa, este moderno dúplex ofrece vistas al agua desde el soleado balcón frontal y ofrece lo mejor para comer al aire libre en el área de entretenimiento encubierta con vista al spa para 6 personas, además de ser apto para mascotas (solo al aire libre) raza pequeña de perro.  Tres niveles con tres dormitorios, dos salas de estar y mucho espacio. El salón principal tiene un proyector trasero que le da la sensación de estar en el cine y la propiedad cuenta con aire acondicionado (ciclo inverso), WIFI, cafetera, lavaplatos, lavadora, secadora, segundo inodoro y barbacoa de gas. La moderna área de cocina / comedor de planta abierta se abre al área al aire libre de comedor al aire libre. Ideal para familias o parejas, disfruta de un paseo informal en la playa, paseos por los parques nacionales o aventúrate y prueba las dunas de arena, paseos en camello o escuelas de surf.

We had an amazing stay at this property. As a group of six, we were all able to fit in the accommodation easily. The outdoor hot tub, even though the bubbles didn't work, was great to relax in. Overall, a beautiful place and we appreciated it being shared with us.

Great little home located near to beach and surf club. Great facilities and good quality dinnerware, glasses etc. Fantastic surprise pack of chocolate, fruit and biscuits :) Would definitely stay again. Thank you.

This house was so well appointed and beautifully set out. Dog friendly beach at the end of the street. We spent our days at the beach and watching movies on the projector at nights. A great family getaway. Can't wait to go back again.

Excellent location and nice property

The house is perfectly located a minute away from the beach! You can hear the waves from the balcony. The house is on 3 levels and very well organised for 4 adults and 4 kids as well as our dogs. The kitchen lounge area opens up on the garden with big bifold doors and really allows for entertaining with 2 big tables. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and plenty of glasses / plates / mugs etc … . The oven is also very good as well as the appliances ( pop corn maker and slow cooker where also great). The garden is nicely done and the sitting area near the spa is lovely for relaxing with a book. The upstairs / media room is also great with an outside balcony overlooking the beach Awesome spot for sunsets !! There is only one bathroom upstairs ( which was not an issue for us) and a toilet in the laundry room . The bedroom with bunk beds is tight but our kids did not mind. The 2nd bedroom is a double bed so quite tight and cosy but comfortable , the 3rd bedroom is a queen bed and a bigger room . The garage is spacious and great to store bikes and boards . We struggled with the projector sound system and reported it to the property manager as well as the front keys that despite swapping did not open the front door but we managed and still had a great time. You are 20 mins by foot from the shops and 5 mins by car. This is a great house overall , really good value as well. We would stay there again !

Bunk bed room too small for 2 bunk beds and 4 people Some doors and windows difficult to open and close

Excellent Place to stay on the beach

A very open place with lots of space and in very close proximity of the beach. This property is great value for money. With cool amenities like a Jacuzzi and a Projector as examples. However, staying in summer, it was difficult to sleep at night as there were no air conditioners in the upper levels of the property. Other than that, this property is somewhere I would return to when I visit Port Stephens again.

We wanted for nothing. Close to the beach. Beautiful garden retreat. A true cooks Kitchen. Everything was thought of really! The icing on the cake being able to bring our dog. He made so many friends! Really didn't want to come home Thank you

Honeymoon Getaway

Such a lovely place to spend the week, we especially enjoyed the hot tub! Despite the wet weather while we were there the projector screen and movies definitely made up for it. Such to be able to take our little dog with us! We will definitely be back!

Short family break away

This was a lovely place to stay, in a lovely location. Cutlery and glasses where’s quite clean and hair in the bathroom was off putting! Check in and out was fine 😊 Nice to have the new family pup come along on a short holiday with us. Didn’t have the sun lounge chair next to spa like in photos.

Perfect for a group of friends or a family

This was a great place to stay, everything was modern. The spa, projector and free WiFi were an added bonus. At the end of the street was the crystal clear waters of the beach. It felt like 5 star accommodation and I would definitely recommend it. I enjoyed it so much I would certainly go back again.
